It keeps heat by turning off and on and off and on over and over... Which means its really inconsistant to cook stuff.
On the other hand, it does the job, my friends and boyfriend love it, i love it too, use it almost every other week. So much grillll!!!!

The grill is easy to use and to assembled. The adjustable temperature is very handy when cooking and at the same time chatting. I already recommended it to my friend and they already bought one for them to use last Christmas and New Year party.
