Featuring a 2.1L water reservoir, this ice cube maker machine can produce 9 cubes of bullet-shaped ice (A choice of 2 sizes) in 7 minutes, and up to 12 kg daily. The machine can hold up to 600g of ice temporarily allowing batches to be made and stored for a while. The machine comes with a removable inner basket and scoops offering easy and hygienic access to the ice. The machine has a water shortage and an excessive ice detector, suspending the ice-making procedure, which you can observe through the viewing window. The machine is self-cleaning.

Good piece of kitBought this item just under a year ago, does exactly what it says on the tin. However, had an issue with it last week when it stopped making ice. Contacted the company who asked for a video of the problem, they came back quickly saying it was a refrigerant issue, and they would send me £30 to get it repaired locally. I replied, after googling the repair, with no one local able to do this. The company came straight back, offered full refund and asked me to dispose of the machine, which I have. I’m not here to slather machine off because it is good, but superb customer service!!!!

It's an excellent way to get ice.It does look good, but realistically it needs a lot of attention, due to the sensors, and the small ice collection tray. The ice is always starting to melt once the collection tray is full. Meaning it can be awkward if you want to transfer ice to another home, such as the freezer box in a fridge or storage in a freezer. Makes as much noise as a fridge. Which is not that bad considering its mass.
No real info about cleaning the appliance. Which due to the nature of the water reservoir, I would have thought, quite important. As the water could be standing in the appliance and possibly harbor some legionella..
All in all. A great little appliance, according to the smart meter. Quite cheap when running. I have been using it a lot.Posted on

Great valueThe only thing I had to worry about with this ice machine was making enough room in the freezer for the ice. It's easy to use, easy to clean and very quick to make the first ice cubes

Works wellThis machine is easy to use and makes soft ice very quickly. Two sizes of ice lumps which are bullet shaped and hollow so melt quickly.
It is important to use the self clean function after use - this does need water in the reservoir. Easy to drain via the button underneath. I stand mine on the draining board and drain down the sink.

Wonderful, High Quality, Beautiful ColorWhen this item arrived I was first impressed by the packaging, as it was double boxed and cushioned for the bumps of shipping. We waited the recommended 24 hours before plugging it in (as well as the two hours with the lid open). The set up was so simple, after just a few minutes we were ready to start making ice. This ice machine is AMAZING! Seriously it is probably the best investment we have made this year and we are so excited to use it in our camper. Offering two sizes of ice makes it ideal for all different needs of ice (from in your drink to in your cooler). My kids and I loved watching the process through the clear lid as it was exciting to see just how nifty this little machine is in the process of making ice. (Hey it kept my kids busy for a long time!!) This is a wonderful, high quality, beautiful ice maker. We highly recommend this product to family and friends as it is well worth every penny!

Worth the priceWe have only had this less than a week but really love it so far. Initially I had purchased a different brand of one from Walmart but hated how it would basically make a sheet of ice which was hard for guests to use at events. This one is very convenient to leave going while we have guests to make sure that we don’t run out of ice.

Fantastic ice maker in a lovely colourI got this ice maker due to the upcoming heatwave and having a small freezer. It works fantastically and very easy to set up. The first few rounds of ice are a bit hit or miss but after a few go’s they all come out lovely. Bring on the summer!

7 minsprompt delivery. nice design. not noisy. makes great ice cubes as you `d expect. but 7 mins is pushing it a bit. i`ve only made 1 lot to stock the freezer, but that took 40 odd mins. not a problem in itself ,but a bit off the 7 min mark. Ishould have continued to make a second batch and i think that when the machine is warmed up ,so too speak , ithink that the lower time may have been reached. I didn`t this anywhere ,and i do stand to be corrected. However I think that this is a great little machine and would select it again. And we are looking forward to using it a lot more as lockdown eases and the summer warms up .
