This went together well and looks good but was disappointed to find it needed an additional base attachment or it fails to stand. This was not clear in the description or pictures and meant additional cost.

The assembly instructions are not very clear. I cannot pull the lever down on the tilt mechanism. It says you can use this to follow the sun during the day but no matter How hard I try it will not move or lock in place.

This is the first time I have purchased this particular parasol .It was easy to assemble and gives perfect shade in the garage,It doesn’t however come with a base and rather than spending the same price as the parasol on weights I purchased a sand bag specific for parasols on Amazon, glad we bought it.
