Perfect for a toddlerIf your expecting a standard sized toy box you'll be disappointed. Check the measurements before hand as so many reviews are taking stars away because theh expect something bigger...its perfect hight for a toddler. My 2yo boy loves it and wants to eat at it any chance. It would be the perfect craft table for kids also. Keep all the craft bits in the box. It is worth the money and will get plenty of use. Very easy to build also.

A revelationI am writing this review through alternating tears of joy, and tears of rage at the manufacturers of every piece of flat-pack furniture it has been my misfortune to have assembled in my life thus far. The instructions for building this bench are fairly standard, if perhaps slightly above average, but that's not really the point.
Reader, each item in the box is labelled. You don't have to spend forever trying to guess whether screw Y as shown in the not-to-scale illustrations is microscopically longer or shorter or wider or thinner than screw Z. The nuts and bolts and metal gizmos are in individual plastic baggies, each labelled with its name as used in the instructions. The doohickeys and widgets are bagged together with the screws that pertain to those widgets and doohickeys. Every piece of wood is labelled with its name. And the wood is arranged in the cardboard packaging such that as you proceed through the instruction steps, each piece you take out next is the piece you need for the next step.
The bench itself seems to be of reasonable quality, although it's a bit early to judge, but at this point in time I couldn't care less. If it falls apart in weeks it simply means I get to build another one sooner. The people purportedly in charge of Ikea and all other such companies need to mass resign in shame and disgrace and hand the keys to their companies over to whoever is responsible for this spectacular piece of design.Posted on

Tricky putting upIt's great wish it was bigger storage underneath but little girl loves it tbh . Toys in the bottom and now eats her meals on it whilst watching tv . Great piece of equipment. Wish I'd seen it sooner instead of paying large amounts for a highchair she don't like and climbs out of . Deffo recommend this product

SmallI like it. It's a good idea. It has three purposes.. the issue I have is that it is smaller than I thought. Should have actually checked the measurements. It is smaller than my old one so it doesn't fit the same amount of toys inside.
I was just looking it thinking.. did I really spend almost £60 on this.. I think it is over priced. My old one was much cheaper and wicker..good quality... This one is ok but if you put the screw in funny the fake wood will chip .
I think seeing it In person the maximum I would ever pay is £30 which is fair.. have mixed feelings tbh..
Also delivery was not best as it was left outside the main door of where I live for anyone to take.. not coolPosted on

handy table and storage for small childrenarrived on time, instructions were average but I have built a fair bit of flat pack in my time. a few small chips to the corners of the wood but nothing much. Im overall ok with the item.

Perfect toy box!I love this toy box! It's the perfect size for toys that don't have a designated home. My husband put it together in less than 10 minutes and my toddler immediately put her stuffed animals and anything she found on the floor in it. It would definitely be great for mum to encourage my kids to tidy things up. I would definitely recommend this product to any playroom.

Nice toy boxBeautiful and stylish storage/toy box. It has cut-out handles on both sides to make it easy for us to move around, and the lid is slow-closing to keep my daughter's body parts from getting caught. It's the perfect size for my daughter and she can safely reach and put her toys away by herself. She can also sit on it and I don't have to worry about her breaking it or falling over.

My grandson loves it!I bought this toy chest for my grandson to store his toys. I chose this item because I think it has an attractive design for small children and the large blank space gives the child room to use his imagination and decorate the toy box himself. And it says he won't hurt himself (safety is always important for small children). The fact that it can also be used as a stool and table was decisive in my choice.

FantasticThe toy chest is nice. Spacious and generous, though not overly bulky for a living room. My 18 month old had a blast opening, closing, filling and emptying! And it's so convenient to be able to turn it into a table and chair set for multiple uses. The lid is designed to be safe for little hands.

High qualityIt's great for holding my son's toys. It looks nice and sturdy, so much so that he climbs on it to tap dance! The material looks good and is well made. Assembly is very simple and intuitive. It has a large capacity: all my son's puppets and various other toys fit in it; all in all, I managed to free up the attic and organize it nicely. I am very happy with this purchase.

Far from perfect but sturdy, easy enough to assembleI was impressed with how well packaged everything was so it was very surprising to find some of the parts damaged. The pieces don't align perfectly which is ok until you try to secure the tabletop with the knobs. These simply did not align for me and had to wiggle it around quite a bit before I found the holes they need to go in. It would make a lot more sense and the assembly far easier if some of the steps were in a different order. All in all I'm happy with it, I like how the top of the storage doesn't just drop down but remains open / closes slowly.
I have a relatively tall 2yo and her feet don't touch the ground yet whilst sitting on the bench. She seems to love it though.Posted on
