Very good build quality. Excellently value for money!This is a very sturdy and well built sun shade. The mechanism to raise the shade and wind it up and down is smooth, well balanced and reasonably effortless. I assembled it myself and found it daily straight forward.
Before buying it, I looked at many other square sun-shades and found this to be the best value for money. Note this does not come with the weights for the stand (essential) or a cover. Both of these were purchased separately on Amazon.Posted on

Great parasol! Delivery organisation was disappointingThe parasol is great and we are very pleased with it. We had an issue with delayed delivery and I had to contact Amazon several times just to find out what was going on which was frustrating! It was delayed once and I was told that it would definitely be delivered on a later day and it wasn’t even booked in as I was told and so then it was delayed again! It seems there was lack of communication between Amazon and the delivery company and therefore our package was delayed twice. Absolutely no fault with the delivery drivers though they were great when they did actually get to deliver our parcel.

Costway is my trusted brandyears ago I bought a Costway garden pool, we used it for years until children turned grown ups. and the pool was still going strong that I gave it away to a neighbour. And recently I was in search of garden parasol, and noticed this brand after a looong search, this product wasn't suggested by Amazon and it was hard to spot in the lists, but when i noticed this Costway brand parasol, i clicked on it without a second thought. It arrived quickly. It is the best of the best you can find in the market. The excellent built quality and different settings where you can tilt or rotate it around itself. I love it. Weights aren't included with the parasol so I bought them seperately from the Costway again. I am a fan.

Looks and feels very sturdyThe parasol feels very sturdy and shades our terrace well as able to twist and tilt when necessary.
Hoping it won’t fade as not supposed to but only time will tell. Like that’s is waterproof also.Posted on

Does the jobRelatively straight forward to put together but takes two people. Don’t even consider it without proper weights. It does move in a breeze but not too bad that said I have bought ties to stabilise it for more robust breezes. Looks great overall very happy with my purchase

Fantastic quality and priced. Family so impressed that they're going to order one too!Bought to provided shade for a garden office as late in the day the sun really hots it up. Perfect that you can tilt it and adjust the angle to get the shade you want. Perfect!

Good qualityArrived on time,very good quality and design. Quite an heavy item requires at least two people to erect. Easy to follow instructions. Would recommend this sun umbrella to anyone. Very happy with purchase . . Just want a bit of sunshine now.
