Item arrived on time and proceeded to unpack and check. The item is very well made and easy to assemble but disappointed to find a split pole, however I was still able to erect the tent and spent the night in it.
This would have been 5 stars if I could get through to the seller or get through to Amazon customer help without the contact system constantly returning to the beginning. I got as far as entering damage but not given the chance the explain the problem.

The bed is sturdy .. just gotta tighten the fabric.
Personally torso support could be better as over a test period of 1 night felt like you've sinken In.
It is very heavy so cannot be lugging this around the site.
Didn't realise how heavy it is and size of it. It is big made for car transport. 1 campsite not for multiple.
But its a good tent. Worth it. If ya got the the strength and space.
