I bought one of these in June 2022 and, once I had properly waterproofed it (if you don't, it will no doubt rot in months), it was excellent, so much so that in June 2023, I bought another one. This second one arrived in a well-packed, undamaged box, but on removal of the item I discovered that it was damaged - the corner of the base of the rack had split - clearly when the retaining screw was inserted during manufacture (see photo) and NOT during transport or unpacking. I could not face going through the soul-destroying experience of the rejection-refund-reprocurement process, so I repaired it myself and, having waterproofed it, it is happily standing alongside the first one. It is disappointing that a manufacturing error like this was ignored and the item was packaged and sent out as fully functional, when it clealry could not have been.
