I bought 2 of these chairs and am very pleased with them. I had a problem with the arm rests of one, contacted the seller who were very helpful and sent out 2 new arm rests.
Only two minor niggles are that the cup holder hole is not big enough for a large glass of wine :-) and that they do not send a tool to tighten the square screws.

Ordered white chair arrived in 2 days. I found it fiddly but easy to assemble as I did it on my own but managed it. Quality is very good and chair is solid looks great in my garden. Thinking about ordering a second one.
