High quality walkerThis is a high quality walker that is exactly as advertised. It's a little heavier than I was expecting, but still light enough for me to lift into the car.

Disgraceful after-sales service from this seller.The rollator itself: looks nice, easy to assemble, stable enough to use and sit on, brake slips on wheel and is therefore useless.
After-sales service: Disgraceful. After 12.5 months of use I somehow lost one of the wingnuts attaching one of the front wheels to the frame, so the wheel fell out. I contacted the seller asking if a replacement wingnut could be supplied, they replied saying the item was out of the one year warranty (I didn't expect a free replacement wingnut), and the manufacturer refuses to supply any parts.
I would not use this seller again in any circumstances.Posted on

Compared with her old one, this rollator is more robust but lighter weight. It's very easy to fold and can fit in the small car boot. Adjustable handles and comfortable seat with back rest are other great features. I would recommend it highly.

Wow!I got this walker for a small, frail 80 yr old. I was impressed with the light weight of it but that it still feels secure. Having the breaks to lock on before sitting down is a bonus. Folds and unfolds very easily for car transport.

The handles We too low and the highest settingsMy spine was in agony when I had to lean forward because the handles were too low for me at the highest setting, I am 5ft 7. But product is very well made and will suit many people who don’t have spinal issues

This is life changingI have mobility problems and was almost house bound as I found it very difficult to walk and stand up for more than a minute without experiencing extreme pain.I purchased this and it changed my life I can go out without worrying about sitting down and I’ve been travelling on a public transport and gone abroad and also went to Chris Brown’s concert! I still have my pain but it is so much better now I can sit down and rest for a few minutes then start again

Wonderful RollatorI purchased this rollator for my elderly relative who is small and frail at 80 years old. I was impressed by how lightweight it is while still feeling secure. The brakes are a great feature for added safety when sitting down. It is easy to fold and unfold for transport in a car. The handles have plenty of height adjustments, although the seat cannot be adjusted. I highly recommend this rollator.

Does what it says on the tin.!This item was delivered (free) the next day and is lightweight and easy to fold but the wheels, being plastic, tend to slip especially when you use the seat which makes it a bit hazardous. Hence 4 stars.

Quite goodThis is a fantastic aid to support my mother and help her maintain her independence.
Not only does she use it around the house, but it also allows her to move around town and be able to rest when she feels she needs to.
As she needs to be more upright, she can fit a few more holes in the arm to make it a higher stand. Nevertheless, she wouldn't be without it.Posted on

pull the handles up to reveal the silver buttons when first useeasy to put together,at first could not see the silver buttons to adjust the handle height,just pull the handles up and will click into first position.a good sturdy press down on the brake handles is required to lock out.light and very easy to fold down

Lightweight yet sturdy. Easy to fold. Comfortable and good size mesh seat. Easy to asemble.
Lovely grey colour gives modern younger looking feel.
Easy to manoeuvre with big swivel front wheels.

Ok nowA bit disappointed that my query wasn’t answered. When the rollator arrived the handles had already been inserted and jammed down too far so the buttons weren’t sticking out. I had to wait for a family member with strength to pull the handles out as I couldn’t do it myself. Now that the handles are sorted it is fine but they shouldn’t be sent out like that.

Well made.My husband bought this for me after foot surgery. It is very well made, easy to fold up and open out. The seat just clicks into place and is comfortable. Handles can be adjusted they were fine for me, I'm only 5ft. Brakes work great outdoors. In doors on a tiled floor the brakes work on the wheels but the front wheels will still move slightly just so your aware. Apart from that I love it, I feel so much more confident using it. It works well on grass too.

Lightweight, easy to fold, great for shoppingI wish I’d bought this long ago as it is just so easy to use and comfortable to walk with. Something I haven’t seen mentioned is that the hand grips have little thumb supports which for some people wouldn’t be particularly noticeable but if you have hand problems they’re a real pain saver. It folds single-handedly with just a simple pull of the loop on the seat. For a soft material seat this rollator offers a comfortable sit, but if sitting for any length of time is important to you then maybe a solid seat would suit you better. Very handy for supermarket shopping. A basket fits perfectly on the seat and the handy bag on the front offers extra storage. All round this rollator is very good value!

Not Good On PavementsI have had many rollaters,this one is OK,but the wheels don't like pavements or going off at traffic lights they get stuck on the crossing,but great for in supermarkets 5/10

Does what it says on the tinI love the colour! If you have to have one at least pick a good colour. It folds in half very easily. My only moan is I wish I could collapse the handles a bit to get it into the car more easily. Otherwise a great product, very sturdy
