COVID-19 Acknowledgement

We are putting forward our best efforts to maintain business and service as usual. However, due to the global uncertainty caused by COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual. We are working closely with all parties involved and adhering to Government guidelines to ensure minimal disruption to service while maintaining the health of our customers, staff, and delivery partners.

Delivery

The UK logistics system has experienced steady growth in demand and therefore delivery times are being extended. The dispatching process today takes 24-48 hours and deliveries most likely will take 3-7 working days. You can check the status of your delivery by entering the tracking number emailed to you after placing your order. Please also leave a note of any delivery requirements for our couriers.

In order to comply with the current delivery safety measures, our delivery partners are implementing contactless deliveries to protect both customers and couriers. The delivery procedures are:

1. Signatures are no longer required. In order to ensure the items are delivered to the right address, the carrier will log the name of the person taking receipt of the delivery.

2. The parcel itself will be placed on the front doorstep or reception area. After knocking or calling for attention, the carrier will have to step away to a safer distance before the item is retrieved.

Please take the aforementioned procedures into consideration when ordering larger or heavier items, especially if you are living alone or require help.

Please also ensure you add an up-to-date and working telephone number to your order address to avoid miscommunication with our couriers.

Customer Service

Our customer service team is available as usual to assist, although it may take longer for them to reply to your messages due to the high volume of queries. Approach us on our Contact us page for any further information.

If you are returning an item, please do not physically deliver the items yourselves before contacting our service team in advance. Our warehouse is not accepting any unauthorized visits and you will be turned away. Information regarding Return Policies, Terms, and Conditions can be found here.

Ordering

You can continue to order as normal. Our website has continuously updated stock information. On the rare occasion where we receive two or more orders concurrently, items can become oversold and we will refund the order on a first come, first serve basis.
