It could use an extra inch of mat they include Velcro in length. But it is thick. Good for a professional gym and definitely at home.

This is my second time I bought the gymnastics mat for my daughter. The previous one is too small and not easy to do the Cartwheel on that. So I bought her new one. She likes so much because it big enough for her to do gymnastics and she also can take a nap on that. Quality is good and not easy to get dirty. She will take the initiative to stretch herself now.
