Works greatThis dehumidifier came very carefully packaged and arrived free of damage. It is reasonably quiet when operating. It sure works well, and pulls out a lot of water. Very impressed how powerful this little machine is. Dried up my basement very quickly. Seems well made and solidly constructed. All metal. Fingers crossed it lasts longer than my last one.

Works great at removing humidity and is very quietGreat! The air quality in my basement has improved considerably. Items in the basement no longer fee "wet" or clammy. Papers and boxes have "dried out", although there are a number of totes, not everything is contained within. I never had an "growth" of any type in my basement, but a humidity level over 55% can promote such growth.
In closing, I would highly recommend the dehumidifier to homeowners who want a more comfortable basement or crawl space area. I am extremely pleased with the operation of this unit!Posted on

Works like a champ.Moved to the south, the heat and humidity are real. The indoor air drips with moisture. Decided to purchase a dehumidifier and remove some of the moistness inside of the house before everything starts to mold. I thought it was going to be a huge machine but it turns out it has a small foot print. I thought it would be extremely heavy but it is definitely movable by one individual. I was a little concerned that the unit would be loud and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it runs. The controls and screen are easy to read and understand. Several modes to choose from whether it be by time or humidity control. I set it up for a half a day and was amazed at how fast it collected the water and how much it drained! I am definitely happy with this purchase.

strong and not too loudThere are many trees all around my hillside home. This humidifier is primarily used in my 2000 square foot basement, which can get extremely damp and humid when it rains. This is unfortunate because my family occasionally likes to hang out there because it essentially serves as the man cave. My typical humidifier is smaller and only has enough power to humidify specific areas of the basement. The humidifier does its job well! It eliminates all air moisture, allowing my family to finally breathe comfortably. But due of its size, it weighs a lot. BUT! It does have two large wheels on them to facilitate moving it simpler. It also does have 2 areas on the size of the machine where you can hold on to help with transportation. The neatest thing is that it automatically detect the desire humidity level and then stops!

Q: What size (diameter) is the hose? I need to purchase a longer drainage hose.A: It is not recommended to use a long water pipe for this. This model does not have a water pump and can only rely on gravity drainage. If the water pipe is too long, it may cause abnormal drainage. The length we provide is more suitable for water discharge.
