I am tickled with this bookcase.This bookcase is awesome! I was thrilled with how easy it was to assemble and that it clearly defined each part. It is very sturdy and I don't feel like it is going to break after being loaded down with books. It is exactly the right size to fit paperbacks 2 deep on each of the shelves at the top and the bottom shelf/compartment is the right size to hold standard paper sized items upright. Prior to getting this I had stacks of textbooks all over the floor and another bookcase that was groaning under the weight of way too many paperbacks. Now everything has a place, and I am unconcerned about anything being overloaded. Definitely worth the money.

perfectI recently purchased this kid’s storage shelf, and I couldn’t be happier! The height is perfect for my child to easily reach their favorite books and toys. It's okay.Not what I expected in terms of storage space but that's on me for not checking the measurements. It's quite poorly built, I recommend putting glue in with the dowel joints as it's held together by them a lot, and mine were smaller than the holes so kept falling out. 4 screws wouldn't go in luckily not anything to make the unit unsteady. Came with a chip in the wood but I didn't notice until I had fully built it, so just inspect upon opening. It was also really grubby, so I gave it a full wipe over. Truthfully would've put my money to a different item if I'd of known the quality was like this but that's the con of ordering online.

RecommendCompared to my previous desk, this storage rack takes up less space while offering more storage capacity. It also makes items more clearly displayed. After placing the items that were on and under my old desk on this storage rack, there is still plenty of space left.

Nice unit but marks easilyThis is a lovely unit once assembled but letters were missing off some of the parts and didn’t really rate the instructions, the slightest move in the wrong direction causes the wood to crack so just be very careful while assembling but once you’ve done it it looks lovely.

Looked great for year 1 now collapsingVery disappointed with how this lasted. Initially it looked great and worked really well, our son loved it with the trunk for his cuddlies and toys at the bottom and then his own bookcase but the shelves and panels and too thin, they've bowed so badly under not much weight so we're looking to replace it already. Pretty disappointed as I expect furniture to last more than 12 months of use!

Perfect for kid's roomIf you are looking for a quick fix for a messy kid's room, this is it! It is the perfect height for little ones. It can hold a ton of stuff - books, toys, stuffed animals, more toys, figurines, books - lots of book! As your kiddo grows, this has a little bit of room to grow with them, but the price is not so expensive that when your child does outgrow it you don't feel bad because it will have fulfilled it's storage destiny. It was easy to assemble. I ordered two for each of my kids rooms and both were exactly the same. No missing parts or pieces and they both came out identically. Happy with both for purpose and price.

Awful to assembleThis bookshelf/toy organizer is cute and handy. However, it is a awful to put together. The center supports on the shelves do not fit flush, there is a gap on both and it does not even stay in place. The support on the top shelf was so annoying I eventually just took it off. The second to last step of the instructions was more like a grand finale there were so many steps pictured in this one step that I missed a very important one and had to take the whole thing apart to fix the missed step. I eventually had to glue some of the pieces on with wood glue because they would not fit securely. I will definitely not buy again.

Smaller than I thought.I liked this item a lot and building it was kinda easy. It was just smaller than I thought. 2 or 3 inches bigger would be perfect but for the price I didn't give it the full 5 stars and it's made of the particle board.

Customer service better than product.Ordered 2 of these for my toddlers playroom. Love the sturdy base which holds lots of toys and prevents tipping! Overall, like the product, but one of them was missing a set of screws to attach the back board. When emailing company, they offered to give me 10 dollar refund and I could buy my own replacements. They said they don’t have replacement parts which confused me. I asked for a product exchange and then they offered me 25 dollars for buy my own screws. I knew this wasn’t the best idea as I am not very handy at all and have little time to be aimlessly searching Home Depot. Finally after a lot of back and forth I agreed. Unfortunately what I got wasn’t an exact match because I couldn’t find an exact match. The screws ended up splitting the boards in multiple places. After reaching back out to the company, they ended up refunding the entire cost of the unit.

Sturdy, looks nice and great storage !Im all about maximizing storage especially in my kids room and this is a lovely piece of furniture to help my kiddos get organized! I like that each cubbie is open, it has a lot of storage. You could add cloth bins if you wanted to as well. It has 4 open cubbies and A larger storage area at the bottom. The Overall Dimension: 26.5”(L) X 9”(W) X 35”(H). It was easy to assemble and it's made outnof a MDF board but is sturdy and good quality. It weighs around 29lbs and the weight limit of Shelf Top: 66 lbs. The larger bottom Bin has a weight capability of : 44 lbs . The Bearing Capacity of Each Cubby: 22 lbsOverall, this is providing great storage for my kids and gives them a better opportunity to clean up after themselves, is quite sturdy and it's a good looking piece of furniture!
