A fantastic sandbox game with many ways to play.What a wonderful little sandpit! We recently bought this for our son's third birthday, and it's been amazing value! It's the perfect gift for a little guy obsessed with trucks and buildings. He now has his own "sand factory" to "work" on his own. We've only had it for two months, and he's already played with it for 75 hours! It is indeed small; don't expect several kids to be able to play in it—it's not very big. For me personally, this is actually an advantage because he (with parents or friends) can sit around the edge of the sandpit and play without worrying about making a mess. But if you want a sandpit where kids can freely roam, this might not be for you. I love that it has a lid, so I don't have to worry about the nearby cat "borrowing" it. Also, the lid can be opened to become part of the play area, which I think is a fantastic design that greatly enhances its value. Note that it's not hinged but slides along the slot, serving as both a lid and a ramp/road for trucks. All the extra tools and the included truck are fantastic freebies. Cranes are a lot of fun for him (and me!), and I reckon he can play with them for at least a few more years.

It fulfills all the wishes of parents and children!This sandbox has absolutely everything we'd expect from a sandbox! 1. It was incredibly easy to assemble. I only needed a manual screwdriver and a nail gun. Even with the kids "helping," it was done in under 20 minutes. Pouring the sand took longer than assembling it. 2. It's big and sturdy. Our three kids (6, 3, and 1 year old) and their friends crawl around in it. Our developmental therapist and speech therapist also play with them often. My son's sit-down excavator toy fits in the sandbox, and his sisters still have plenty of room to play. The sandbox is deep enough for the kids to bury pirate treasure. 3. It has a lid. The lid is easy to put on and stays on except during the most intense thunderstorms (we live in a tornado-prone area where thunderstorms are common). We put a large bucket under the lid to ensure rainwater drains away properly instead of accumulating on it. 4. The kids absolutely love it! Since we got it, it's become the most popular thing in our backyard.

Excellent value for money, perfect for my two children.saw many reviews saying assembly was troublesome, and after reading the instructions, I understand why some people find matching parts to pictures difficult. However, we assembled it relatively quickly, and all the wood was intact (no cracks or breaks). We used eight 50-pound bags of children's sand from Lowe's. The amount was just right; adding one or two more bags wouldn't have been a problem. The bench is very sturdy. With the lid on, I felt it was a little unstable to walk on, but I didn't think it was necessary. Even if the kids did walk on it, it would be perfectly fine! In short, we are very glad we chose this product. It's cost-effective, sturdy and durable (we assembled it according to the instructions!), and the kids love it! Of course, I don't know how long it will last yet, but I'm confident it will be fine. Update: The kids are still having a lot of fun! Overall, very satisfied. To be honest… now I understand what other reviews meant by the bench being easy to break; it was indeed easier than expected! The screws are small and don't penetrate the wood, but the fixing effect isn't as good as we anticipated. However, overall it's pretty good, and repairs are quick and easy. Also, while it wasn't a major problem, laying out the "fabric" was a bit of a hassle. We had to adjust the sandpit level slightly; I wanted the fabric to be a little bigger than the sandpit so there would be enough room to play. My two kids could all sit comfortably, and the play area was spacious enough, so they had a blast. Overall, I think it was worth it! Now, all I need to do is figure out how to stop the kids from digging all the sand out, filling buckets with water, and making a "beach" in the yard

It's good value for money. Please be patient while assembling.Overall, I really liked this sandbox. The assembly instructions were easy to understand, but you must take your time and handle it carefully. You need to screw the screws onto the edges of the 1/2-inch wide planks, which don't have pre-drilled holes. If the screws aren't centered, the planks will crack. I only encountered this once, but I suspect it will happen many times. You'll need a drill or electric screwdriver. You'll need about 60 screws. The sandbox comes with a thick filter cloth to lay on the ground as a base. It's permeable to water, but sand can't get in. The sunshade works very well. I filled the sandbox with 8 bags of sand, 50 pounds each, and it was just right, leaving about an inch of space from the top. I recommend this product, but assembling it might not be easy for everyone.

Happy children!We found assembly very simple. Customer service emailed me saying they'd be happy to help if we encountered any problems. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, all the parts were labeled, and there were even video tutorials for the product itself. It looks fantastic in our backyard; it feels like a giant sandbox, but it doesn't take up much space. The only reason I deducted one star is that, as a single parent, raising and lowering the awning by myself was a bit strenuous. I'm not very tall, which might be one reason, but I believe I'll get the hang of it after a while. Basically, you need to lift the awning evenly from the middle while loosening the knobs a bit, which makes the center of gravity awkward, especially for someone short and pregnant like me! Then, you have to tighten the knobs on both sides to secure the awning. However, the awning itself is really great! The fabric is sturdy, the angle is adjustable to increase the shade area, and it's very rain-resistant. We're so glad we bought this sandbox for the kids; they absolutely love it!

Excellent qualityThis sandpit was definitely the right purchase! It was a bit difficult to assemble and required patience. I bought it last summer (2024), and the color hasn't faded at all. It's also very durable and can withstand the rough handling of toddlers. Even in strong winds, the lid didn't budge. There's a strap on the lid to secure it to the turtle.

Affordable, feature-rich, and high-quality productsI'm so happy to have bought this! My 6-year-old helped me assemble it, it was super easy. I bought 14 bags of 50-pound sand from Home Depot ($110), and it felt just right. Of course, you could add more, but it wasn't necessary. It's been raining for three days straight, but the lid seems quite sturdy and kept out most of the rain. My 6-year-olds are bigger than other kids their age, but they fit perfectly inside! There's even room for more kids. We threw them a birthday party, and they played in it with three other friends at the same time. This toy is suitable for children of all ages. Our youngest is 2 and our oldest is 13, and they all had a great time. Thank you for producing such a great value, fully functional, and high-quality product!

Cute little sandboxPerfect for our grandson to play with. The quality is worth the price. Adults can sit on the bench and watch him play. Six bags of sand are enough to fill it, and it's also rainproof. It took the two of us an hour to assemble. We plan to add hinges to the storage bench for easy access.

Large sandbox!This sandpit was easy to assemble and looks well-made. The edges are thick, and you can sit on it. It's really big! There's plenty of room for my four children (and the neighbor's kids) to play. It's also easy for two toddlers to get in and out. This shopping trip was fantastic! My kids love it!

The kids love it; it's a large size.The grandchildren love it. It easily fits four children. It took 20 bags of sand to fill it a little over halfway. The sand was bought from a farm supply store. Assembly was simple; my husband finished it himself in about an hour. The only problem is that the cover tears easily, and the elastic band tends to detach from the vinyl. I recommend using a 9-foot-long waterproof tarpaulin, padding the four corners, or laying down plywood.

What a great sandpit!Easy to assemble! The seat can support the weight of several adults, but I wouldn't recommend using it for extended periods. The sides hold sand well, but obviously, if you don't want sand to leak out, you'll need to add a baffle at the bottom. Great value for money. Very durable and well-designed. We used about 25 children's sandbags to fill it to our desired level.

The grandchildren really like this sandpit.The price was good, and delivery was fast. Assembly wasn't difficult, except for one minor issue: a screw or similar part was missing, but it was easily replaced at a nearby hardware store. The bottom pad and top cover of the box were in good condition.

A fantastic sandbox game!We just received this sandbox a few days ago, but I can't wait to give it a five-star review! It's adorable, the perfect size for two kids, and incredibly functional. The lid transforms into two small stools, and the bottom includes a toy storage box and a sunshade. We're so glad we chose this sandbox instead of other ones online, because it perfectly meets all our expectations for our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, who is having a blast! Amazing!I've been using it since last summer and this summer, and it's been quite sturdy so far. The top does tend to accumulate water, causing some to seep into the sandbox, and the edges have started to show some damage, especially in recent weeks. However, apart from that, everything else is great.

Absolutely worth it!Assembly was simple and flawless! I especially love its cover feature; the top has Velcro closure, and the seat folds into a bench when not in use. It would be even better if the storage panel was secured with screws, allowing it to be flipped up directly without having to completely remove it to access the storage space. It's on the smaller side, probably only seating two children, or one child and one adult. My family only has a three-year-old daughter, so it's just right for us.

sandpit perfect for multiple children to play in!Assembled very easily, and it's bigger than I expected; the kids had a blast! For better protection, I used a stain repellent and added a layer of weed control under the included lid, as moles and weeds are quite stubborn here. The lid is the perfect size. We placed a semi-inflated, oversized beach ball in the middle of the lid so rainwater wouldn't pool and would drain away. However, I might replace the lid later, as this one leaks when it rains. We ended up filling it with 16 bags (75 pounds each) of sand (not children's sand) (1200 pounds), which was the most strenuous part of the whole process. The sand is deep enough that the kids can dig and play freely without worrying about tearing through. Once assembled, it's lightweight and easy to move later if needed.

Sturdy, durable, and fun—just a little weather protection is all it takes.Overall, this is a great sandbox. It's very sturdy and durable, and holds about three bags of sand. Assembling it was a little tricky, but manageable. It's not very waterproof—we put it in the rain with the lid on, and some water still seeped in, so we ended up moving it under the porch. Even so, it's still a robust and durable product, perfect for outdoor play with a little care.

Big Magic Sand SetMy daughter loves this magic sandbox. She has hours of fun using her imagination. The sand gets dirty easily, so I recommend using it only on a table, otherwise it gets all over the place and is a pain to clean up. It's a lovely giftMy granddaughter absolutely loved this set and it really kept her entertained for hours. I let her play on the kitchen table although I regretted it a bit as the sand got everywhere so it will have to be played outdoors in the future. This is a lovely, colourful set with colourful sand and colourful accessories. It really sparked our 3 year old's imagination. Unfortunately the sand doesn't keep all the lovely colours and once they build the sandcastle and play for a while it all blends into one colour but it was fun. Everything packs down nicely in the box and the lid keeps it secure. The little dustpan and brush are also great additions. Lovely set, adorable characters and lots of imaginative play.

Kids love itThe kids absolutely love this magic sand set and they play with it for hours every day, and it even distracts them from their usual tech devices, which is a huge bonus for me. The sand can easily make a mess, so I recommend only playing with it on a table, or on a cloth, or something that's easy to clean up, otherwise it will get stuck everywhere and stay there for weeks...especially if my kids are always spilling sand everywhere! Luckily, the magic sand refills are cheap, so you can always buy them as a backup, or just in case, like I did.

A great indoor set for any creative childlove this little toy set so much. I chose the unicorn model which is definitely a favorite for all unicorn fans. There are all kinds of toys included in the set and I especially like that it comes in a box that you can use as a tray to build the scene. You can also put it back in the box when you are finished. The sounds are great and it is like magical sand that can be shaped and built into different things without collapsing. The set includes different unicorn characters, pom poms and different building props. You even get a brush and shovel for cleanup. There are also different colors of sand included in the set (pink, blue, sandy). This would make a really cute birthday gift or a Christmas gift for us and I would recommend it for children over five years old or even younger.

The perfect sandbox!This sandpit is fantastic! The size is perfect! My backyard isn't very big, but I wanted a sandpit big enough for my three kids and a few of their friends to play in this summer! I found 15 bags of sand was just right! The lid isn't the best, but it's sufficient. The wood is of good quality, and it was super easy and quick to assemble.

Great value for money!The price is very reasonable. Be sure to nail the black lining to the wooden base, securing it firmly along the sides. Sand will leak out if the ground is uneven. Be careful when opening and closing the lid; the wood cracked the day after we bought it. It was easily repaired with wood glue and a few clips. Two toddlers can comfortably stay inside. It's easy for 1-year-olds and 3-year-olds to play with. At least six bags of sand are needed.

Good qualityThe product quality is excellent, assembly is very easy, and the instructions are very clear. Even if you've never assembled anything before, you can easily complete the process. All parts are numbered and illustrated, so you don't need to read. All parts assemble easily. Best of all, the screws are of excellent quality. I used to have to go to a hardware store to buy good quality screws, but this time I didn't. Extra screws were also included in the package in case you need more. Overall, this is a great product.

It's so beautiful—it was totally worth the purchase!This sandpit is made of high-quality materials and is of excellent quality. It was very easy to assemble; we finished in just 30 minutes. Filling the sandpit with sand was the most difficult part. The lid is very durable and easy to use. We've been using it for almost a month now and it's fantastic. We use it every day; it's excellent value for money. One thing to note: if rain is expected, it's best to place a large beach ball or something else that can form a dome in the center of the sandpit before putting the lid on. I discovered today that scooping water from such a large sandpit is no easy task.

smaller sizelove it! If I allowed it, my kids would love to spend every single moment in the sandbox. It's such a fun toy, though it would be even better if it were a bit bigger. It's just the right size for one child, but a little small for two. The lid design is very practical; we can put toys inside, and it's safe for them to sleep at night. It's also very durable; my kids have been using it for a month, and it still looks brand new.

A fantastic sandbox!This sandbox is fantastic! Its design is ingenious, with small benches on both sides when opened. Each bench can seat up to three toddlers, which is incredibly useful when my grandson has guests. The sandbox opens easily, making it convenient for the children to play. I love the design! When I bought the sandbox for my grandson, I also bought a cover to protect it from Florida's harsh weather. The sandbox looks as new as when I bought it. It holds quite a lot of sand, but I usually only fill it with four bags at a time. To better protect the sandbox, we place a thick layer of plywood underneath before installation. Another great design feature is the very sturdy waterproof tarpaulin inside the sandbox before filling it with sand.

Perfect for 2-year-olds!My nephew always wants to play outside, but there's nowhere for him to go, so I wanted to buy him a fully functional sandpit. This sandpit is the only one with a fold-down bench, storage boxes, and a sunshade (which also functions as a cover). The quality is good, but I would still recommend applying a varnish/sealant to extend its lifespan. It looks very cute in person, and my nephew is having a blast playing with it! Assembly was also very simple; it took less than an hour to put it together.

Sandpit benches are not durableI bought this sandpit for my two grandsons (one is 2 years old, and the other is 3 years old). The sandpit looks great, and the size is just right (although the storage box takes up some play area), and the base is very sturdy. However, the folding stool/lid broke on the first day. The screws were too small to support the weight of the wood. I had to replace the hinges and use stronger screws to get the lid working properly. It took eight 50-pound bags of sand to fill the sandpit.
