Definitely a great purchaseEasy to install we hung outside under our very high deck. We filled with water per instructions. My boys ages 12 14 are blue belts in taekwondo and use this my son who is 19 uses this. It’s quite a workout. I recommend gloves obviously because this has water in it. They love it. We have many different kinds of objects like a dummy and a boxing bag and a few others this one is the hardest one and I’d say it’s very durable as well. Weight is customizable bc of the water. Movement as well is different bc of the water and the weight. It’s easy to fill it came with the necessary materials to fill it. Good purchase for a great workout

Go plus auqa bagDidn't wanna pay top doller for an aqua bag so I bought this go plus one it's good weight the only issue is the place where you put the buckle the rubber part is slowly getting destroyed but it's good I recommend buy this

Great Punching BagI have tried several punching bags and this aqua punching bag is great for practicing front, hook, and upper cut boxing. This size is about 80lbs, so make sure you have a strong frame to support the weight and bouncing a bit when hitting. I have had it for about a month and it feels durable and doesn't move much when boxing, which is what I was looking for. It provides great angles for hooks and upper cuts that a vertical heaving bag doesn't do as well. This was the best one I found for the price. I looked at other brands on Amazon and other sites and definitely the least expensive and feels like it can take hard punches. I would recommend this bag and possibly one size larger depending on how hard you want to punch. I am 6'5" 215lbs and feels like a good fit for practicing combination punching.

Great bagJust got it today. Easy to fill up but check periodically to see if it’s overfilled. Took out the hose and it leaked a ton of water. I’d suggest hanging it before filling. Very heavy once filled. I love this thing. Great for uppercuts and body hooks. No impact whatsoever or wrist pain if you throw a bad punch

Awesome bagThis bag is awesome. I used to have a 100 pound heavy bag that I would work out on. Compared to this bag I'm wishing I found this alot sooner. It feels better connecting combos on this bag and practicing upper cuts is alot easier. I highly recommend getting this so you can try it out for yourself and feel the difference.

Bigger than I thought but who caresSo far so good, comes with all you need just make sure you have something to hold the weight of this beast. It's like hitting a fat sorry ( enormous) stomach. Where gloves because with just straps it will hurt your knuckles.
