Nice compact airconFor the money this is a very good aircon that does exactly what it it’s supposed to do. The noise level is the only issue but you get used it it, cools the room down in no time, not tired the heater side of it but I would definitely recommend it

Good customer serviceI have some issues with the Delivery and the product. I emailed the seller and they replied quickly and sort out the problem. So far with this heatwave, the aircon has serve it purpose. It cool down the temp in the lounge . The noise is bearable compare to the one I bought in a walk in shop ( a different brand). The only downsize is the remote control. When you try to change the speed of the fan , it changes the temperature instead. It very heavy but thanks to the wheels it easy to move . It’ a good buy .

Good valueDelivered on time by courteous and efficient delivery crew. The unit is noisier than expected but appears to do the job of cooling the room well. The unit is quite small and is easily moved on it's castors. Very pleased with it so far.
