Bought this to protct the carpetI have a treadmill that is on two thick mats. Overtime some of the silicone used to lubricate the belt soaked through the mats onto the carpet. We did not realize the issue until we moved the machine to replace the carpet in the house. The purpose for this mat is to go under the other two mats to stop the problem. It is one piece and fits perfect for my purpose. The silicone will not leak through this mat - problem solved.

My exercise bike is very heavy.My exercise bike is very heavy, and the mate is not thick and heavy enough to lay down flat. after i remove my bike. It return to its original. I can't see traces on its surface anymore. Very good mat!
