Heavy items require strong packaging or they will get damaged in transitThe product is well made and durable, but costway's packaging was so poor that it fell to pieces when it was delivered. As a result, a few yellow sanitary napkins were missing, which obviously failed to be delivered and were lost in transit. However, it seems a bit ridiculous to return it for this reason.

Great lightweight sawhorseThis is the second pair I ordered, good for light duty work but very sturdy. All plastic, no assembly required. According to the safety notice on the side, even with a load of 900 kg, it can't be used! That's a lot of weight. I think they are great, just what I was looking for. The first pair I ordered has been used many times without any problems, I won't abuse them and expect them to do something they are not designed for.

like it and it's cheapA little fiddly to make, no doubt. But once they were done, they made a very useful sawhorse. They are heavy though, and with a little more thought into the design, they could fold up almost flat, but apparently not. So 4 stars, but 5 with a little improvement. The instruction manual is tiny, really tiny. By the way.

Great price and great sawhorsesAfter reading other reviews I wanted to give this sawhorse a try. This product is affordable but very functional. It is easy to set up and folds up to fit in a small spot in my garage where my son couldn't find it when I asked him to get it. I have used it for five or six light to medium jobs and they are easy to move and very sturdy. Really can't fault it so far. My only minor negative is that the latches on the legs come loose easily when moving the sawhorse. I guess there is a trade-off between easy storage and sturdiness when moving. But as long as you check the latches they are sturdy and reliable. Definitely recommend.

Good priceThe price is right. It is quite sturdy when loaded. Good grip. The feet and latches are a bit flimsy. It fell over and bent the metal part due to too much stuff in it, but it is easy to put back together. I wouldn't spend money on it again, but for the price, it is good enough.

Very useful and practical sawhorse.These brackets are very sturdy and will hold the load they claim to hold and more. I only give 4 stars for "Sturdiness" as they have only slight lateral movement due to their design. They do not have diagonal bracing. That being said, they are very well designed and will "snag" easily if the bolts/nuts are slightly loose. I highly recommend these! See pictures...

Sturdy productI'm doing some work in my garden shed and was looking for some good quality but not too expensive sawhorses [needed two]. These fit the bill. Delivered promptly and was impressed with the quality of the plastic once opened [I had been a bit concerned about the quality of the goods arriving]. Very light and opens very quickly [can be opened with one hand]. Convenient 'tabs' that flip up and down as needed to hold the wood in place while sawing. Practical shelf underneath when open. 5 stars, fits my needs exactly and is a lot cheaper than other high end options. These are very solid and should last many years. My brother was so impressed with them that he ended up buying a few for his workshop as well. Highly rated.

Good performance, compactGreat for holding large items in place while sawing, such as floorboards, drywall, window panels, etc. They are lightweight and portable, seem sturdy, can be easily moved up and down, and don't wobble if the ground is flat. The only problem I found was that it was difficult to clamp the workpiece to the sawhorses if needed, so sometimes extra care was needed to prevent it from moving while sawing.

Poor quality controlAs many reviewers have mentioned, there were a lack of nuts, bolts and especially washers. As they were needed for a special purpose there was no time to repack and return them; it was cheaper and easier to go to a local supplier and buy the missing items and extras. The manufacture of the brackets was also a bad factor as the ends of the crossbars were different sizes, meaning the section through which the uprights pass needed to be loosened to make adjustments. The same items could have been 5mm longer at both ends so that the legs would fold up better when folded. I added longer bolts and extra washers to achieve this as space is important when travelling! Used successfully after modification, they seem sturdy enough and are (for now) easy to adjust. If the parts supplied were correct and the quality control was better it would have been a good value product, and it still is if you are willing to take the time to sort it out.

Solid and strong.absolutely love these trellises. I use them mainly as sawhorses for hand cutting logs. They are sturdy but not heavy so I just put a branch across the bottom of them to steady them and lean over the wood I'm cutting and they support my weight perfectly as well as the wood I'm cutting. They fold up very easily and lay almost flat so when I'm done with them I just hang them on the wall and use them again next time. Great value and a great product.

Once the issues were resolved the product was great!There were no instructions, just diagrams, but it wasn't hard to put together. However, the two holes on the top of one of the slide tubes were drilled in the wrong direction, which meant I had to drill two more in the right direction! Once I was done, the finished stand was very sturdy and did exactly what I wanted (a movable workbench).

Very good - but a bit tricky to assembleAs others have said, the instructions are useless, so I printed out a diagram so I knew what to put where (tip: use two washers per bolt, one at each end). Once they were installed, though, they were great. Very light, easy to move, and quick to set up and adjust. They make house renovations a lot easier and will come in handy for years to come. Too bad they don't fold flatter for easier storage. Obviously you need some kind of study board between them - I used scaffolding boards.

Very worth buyingGreat product, very functional. No need to bend over to saw wood with a chainsaw. Can handle pretty thick and heavy loads too. Very safe, much safer than sawing directly on the ground. Very impressive. The instruction manual is a bit cumbersome though, but worth the money.

Nice purchase, but good luck with the assembly.A solid, well-made sawhorse at a reasonable price. The lack of an asterisk is due to the assembly instructions, which are a diagram - so small that it's hard to see the details - and no text at all. This is a complete understatement and a cheap "fix". I'm no fool - I've built two raised panel doors, a pair of harpsichords, several gates and fences using only hand tools that are still standing after many years - but I've had to partially dismantle the entire structure twice. It wasn't a big job, but it was annoying and unnecessary. Once assembled, it felt solid and didn't wobble.

Powerful and stable to get the job doneDelivery was fast and well packaged. Assembly was a little complicated with some parts but it was all done in 30 minutes. The drawings were helpful and there are reference numbers fixed to the parts to identify them. This seems to be a new feature and not mentioned in previous reviews. The sawhorse has teeth plates welded to the end of all 6 legs, which is not shown on the drawings (the manual only shows 3) which threw me off for a moment but makes sense when I think about it. The sawhorse is great to use. It is sturdy and stable and you can operate the sawhorse with both hands if you want, with one foot on the crossbar and it feels like you are holding the whole frame down, although I don't think it is necessary. Since buying it a few days ago I have cut a large and varied collection of stored branches, some quite thick, and the sawhorse has handled them with ease. I tend to saw off one end of the horse so hooking the crossbar is not a problem, but if you are worried about this I have found it is also possible to saw off most of the middle of the shorter wood when they form the whole horse, then move the wood to the last leg and hold it at the end to make the final cut. This is much easier because the teeth are perfect for biting into the wood as you gently saw the final cut. This is a thousand times better than laboriously sawing wood on a workbench, and I wish I had bought one sooner. The price is great too considering the quality.

AffordableAs a carpenter I bought these saws to help me with my work and they are really great and I am amazed at how well they work. They have been used many times and they work great. They are light and strong and cheaper too and better than the plastic ones. If the top of the saw is not secured to the wood it will twist slightly when used. I guess everyone adds a piece though so the saw doesn't hit the metal body and that will completely secure the top of the saw.

Just buy them!You know when you find a really good thing, you know, these are really really good, and if you don't buy them, you'll never know how good they are. They are load bearing, easy to open and close, lightweight, they do look a little flimsy at first glance, but the legs are adjustable to fit the ground or surface they are placed on, and they are very sturdy. I have probably put over half a ton of wood on these stands with no issues. My advice is if you want a proper set of stands, buy them, you can't go wrong.

Very useful!Lightweight, easy to take apart and disassemble, and super sturdy. I use it as a bench for carpentry work, and also use it with scaffolding boards as a stand to get at the right height for certain jobs. It doesn't wobble, and all the parts hold up really well. I'm using it a lot in my home renovation projects now! Well worth the purchase.

It's good and gets the job done, but the editing method is poor.These are great, good weight, and easy to set up and put away. My only complaint is that the clips that hold the legs in place when stowed are a bit cheap and bend the steel sides, and I don't think the clips will hold after a while. That's a shame considering the price.

Not quiteI love these, they are a bit pricey but I think they are worth it. Assembly is easy, just undo the latches and the legs drop down. When you put the legs back in, the main part shows which leg to put in first. They don't take up much storage space and can be put up and taken down in seconds.
