not the greatest, very disappointing. It does not appear to hold well where the parasol slots into the pole however tight the screws are turned.The pole that was provided with the base is not secure and you are unable to move the base easily. The parasol we have is very light weight but is still not secure enough when fully expanded, The post to the base is too wobbly
