Happy customerThis is a god send, saved me from the heat last few days. Can’t praise enough. Easy to operate, worth every penny, good size as well, as the water in the tent lasts whole night without the worry it will run out. The noise could be quieter than it would be perfect, but I am not complaining.

A bit of relief in this hot weatherPlease be aware that this is not an air conditioner and don't expect the same performance. In a large room, water cooled air disappears. Only by sitting close by can you feel the cool air. However.....in a small room....say 3 metres by 4 metres and you put in a large block of ice into the water reservoir, you can feel a big difference in the temperature. Down side is that it can be noisy. You get what you paid for basically.

Wrong manualIt's ok good fan on it 3 speeds but the only thing wrong is the manual is not for this model so you have to work it out yourself

HELP Air CoolerSo far I cannot follow the instructions as there is no release or indeed a water tank to release, also the remote control is hard to open. So it appears I have instructions for some different model. Does the water and the ice packs go straight into the little drawer on the left hand side which opens, that is all I can think of to be honest. How the heck am I supposed to get into this remote, the given instructions are not working for me at all holding it with left hand and use thumb and index finger of right hand to open. Its like the plastic is stuck fast. If I cannot fathom this out it might have to go back! No idea if the unit works yet its taken me all morning to get this far Perhaps if the seller had put batteries in the remotes it would not be yet another problem

Not quiet, wrong instructions, but otherwise fineThe unit came with instructions for a significantly different model, which is quite dangerous for a product with water and electricity in close proximity! But with some googling around I was able to work out what to do.
It seems to work well and keeps a small room cool, but isn't quiet. Not very loud, but not very quiet.
Apart from those two things, it's fine, and worth the money.Posted on

Great!Can’t fault this at all. Bought for upstairs bedroom. Great compact size, easily manoeuvrable, cools the room perfectly, can be moved around easily and not overly noisy. Really, really pleased with this!

Nice little unit for cooling a room downThis is a great little unit for cooling a room down. The remote is nice and handy for us lazy people. I had a small issue with mine and I had to contact the seller. They responded quickly, they were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly.

Good fanI have not used the cooling feature yet but it is a good fan it's light and on wheels so easy to move and it is not very loud I like that it has the swing option to circulate the air

makes house very cool very fastthis can make your house very cool very fast，recently the weather near me has been super hot.However the moment i started to use this it made the house very cool.it is also not very difficult to use.all you have to do is put cold water in the machine，this takes only a few seconds so it is very time efficient.if you wish you could also put ice to make it more cold.Furthermore it has wheels beneath it making it very easy to move around the house.

Works pretty well if you prepare it well enoughPurchased this product for our two car garage.
It worked exactly how I thought it would.
I froze the filters, froze a block of ice utilizing a Tupperware & tossed that into the tank, also froze a two liter bottle and poured cold water into the tank. So I freeze an a block of ice & a two liter.

So far so good! It's been a little work horse!!I wanted to wait a few weeks to review. I bought this for our loft in our condo. We do have central air conditioning but the loft has very high ceilings, and this is also where we sleep! Needless to say, we were miserable at night trying to sleep. So...this little guy is helping very much!! I have it running constantly. I am home during the day...so I can fill it frequently. It takes about 3 gallons of regular tap water to fill. I fill it about 2 times per day. I fill it with super cold water and you can feel almost instantly the colder air coming out of it. Again, this helps, as it is designed to do. It's not going to cool on the same level as central air conditioning! But it does cool the loft down quite a bit, and we are sleeping much better. If no water is in it, it will just run as a fan.

The unit is greatThe unit is great, but make sure your hand can fit in the side panel before using the 'ice packs'
With this season being a hot one already, a chiller like this was a must. As per any tall chiller, they do generate sound, so not silent but not extremely noisy either. The remote control is quite basic, but does cover all the key items, though I found it sometimes needed the unit power button pressed before you could control it via the remote.
The only real challenge, that impacted me, was the side panel for filling the water tank (which I don't believe is 20L, more likely half of that, but still plenty), provides a very small opening. This is a challenge if you would intend using icepacks (and some are included too) in the unit to keep the water even cooler. I actually cannot get my hand in the gap, as it provides a small 10cmx7cm access point. Small/medium hands, would be fine, but larger hands are unlikely to get in there to get the packs back out again.
Overall though, I do rate this unit as great, and am happy to rate it as such.Posted on

Use a duster to gently dust off the inner filter. 4.Replace the inner filter and air inlet cover and tighten the screws
