Struggle with the screws and holes.Once they were eventually put together they were really comfortable. The only problem was trying to align them which was very frustrating because they seemed not to be level. The screw holes were not even. The size was just right for me .

Exactly what I was looking forVery pleased with this garden set. It was securely packed and delivered within 2 days. The instructions were simple to follow and it was easy to put together. The chairs are very comfortable, even without the cushions, with just the right amount of rocking motion. It was priced a little bit higher than I was looking to pay for something that will live outside in the garden and therefore have a limited lifespan, but other cheaper sets that I looked at either had lower backs or many poor reviews. No regrets after buying this set, highly recommended item from a good seller.

BrilliantThese chairs are fantastic and I would certainly recommend to anyone. The only complaint (not really a complaint) the overall measurement of the chairs was listed as 86 cm when in actual fact it is 68 cm which actually suited us better. It gave us a little more room in our summerhouse

ComfortableUsually I don't bother to leave reviews... This being the exception !!! It was really easy to put together, the instructions were clear and understandable ....OMG.....all the screw holes lined up perfectly.....OMG....nothing missing....OMG...And Finally .....Its Soooooo comfortable.... Just as other customers who purchased had stated.... Here's the really shocking bit.....IM A WOMAN and used to having the usual problems with items that need putting together. Seriously it's easy, quick and it really is very comfortable. I'm thinking of buying another.

AssemblyWe like the bistro set very much,looks great and very comfy, we assembled the first chair and the table with no problems.
BUT, no problem with the second chair until we found we could not bolt the front panel to the side panels because the nuts would not screw on.
We had to go to B&Q and buy a packet of nuts and bolts so we could finish the assembly.
It was the nuts at fault not the bolts.
(Just a small problem but annoying at the time. )
Also,we did order grey but we like the brown one which was delivered instead.

First chair ok the other is out of lineFirst chair was assembled in about 20 minutes. The other over an hour as the holes were not aligned. Some of the bolts do not fit properly because of this. Such a shame. Contracting the seller. Will update once I have a response.

ImpressedItem arrived on time and box was undamaged.
This product was extremely well packed, with a lot of thought taken into protecting the glass during transit.
Simple assembly instructions, well made and reasonably easy to put together ( needed a little pushing to get chairback to line up with holes).
Only slight downside is the fitting cap head screws could be coloured black so to make them not quite so obvious. Would recommend.Posted on
