Works as expectedBought this A/C with a bit or trepidation due to the lack of reviews. Has been in my infant son’s room for a few weeks now, working perfectly.
Cools the room sufficiently, is rather compact, and is not too loud.

It cools you downKinda noisy but then it’s very inexpensive as air con machines go. I can still hear the telly or my piano ok whilst it’s running.
It works very well to cool my front room and kitchen at the same time, if I leave the door open between them. Both are small rooms though and this little unit wouldn’t make much of a difference in a big room or open plan house. You would need something much more powerful for that or have two or three of them.
It doesn’t cost the earth to run… about 10p per hour according to my smart meter.
It’s got a small footprint and moves around easily on its castors.
The hose pipe is too short to reach my window (all air con units have stupidly short hoses) but I sourced another the same size and taped them together.
Be aware it is heavy, like all air con units are, and it doesn’t have handles to lift it with. It’s not something you would want to try to carry to be fair. If you are going to be using it upstairs, I strongly suggest you un-package it there.
The remote control is excellent! I can sit on my sofa like lady muck and hardly lift a finger to have instant cooling air blowing my way.

Excellent.We bought it due to the hot weather we had as we tried everything to keep the house cool for our dogs but it just got hotter, arrived on time and was recommended to leave it sat for 24hours to let refrigerant settle. Next day we flicked it on and after 5-10 mins it was blowing ice cold air, we have a large living room and bedroom and it cooled them fully down in 20 minutes. It is a little louder than a fan and much heavier but that wouldn’t stop me recommending it. Only fault I could name is that the window tube isn’t very flexible so it hard to get it to sit out window etc. I was sceptical at first but I honestly couldn’t recommend this enough.

ColdThis does keep my room cold and it shuts off when it reaches the temperature and it comes back on when it needs to and you can always put it on fan I would definitely order this again.

Good quality.I bought this during the heatwave. My flat was sitting in the thirties, phew. I ran it a lot during this period and it really relieved things. I used it on air conditioner during the day and fan only at night. It wasn’t too noisy and didn’t run my electricity bill up too much. I vented it through a window as I don’t think the landlord would have been happy with a hole in the wall.
