I am very happy with my purchase decision!I assembled it myself in a reasonable amount of time. The tension dial is easy to adjust for moderate or more difficult rowing. The seat slides very smoothly and is comfortable to sit, even for long periods of exercise. The rope is good for basic stretching, and I can use it anytime at home to build muscles and exercise, which is quite convenient.

Both adults and children can use itA machine that both adults and children can exercise together, and the machine itself does not take up much space. No tension for legsThe tension for the arms/back is pretty good but there is no tension whatsoever for the legs. Not exactly what I expected for a rower. I'm disappointed. Back to squats I go!

Even my kid uses itI have been using this more than I thought I would. I try to use it in the morning but I always get to it at night. I have a small apartment and I like it's versatility and that it folds easily to put it away, and being so light. My kid get excited everytime I unfold it even though she can barely use it. The rowing option does break a sweat and the abs workout can get very intense with a steeper incline. It unfold easily and folds just a quickly. Although it can be used for other types of exercises, I prefer my weights for curls and others,but for rowing and abs it's my go to machine now.

small machine play great role,strong recommend.Small machines play a great role. I’ve been looking for a machine that can reduce stomach and exercise arms, and this is the 4IN1 I’m looking for. I don‘yuse all modes, because abdominal mode and gym mode are my most commonly used modes. The seat is slid up and down very smoothly. I feel no discomfort when I kneel on The seat. I strongly recommend this product because it is easy to operate.

Since now we live in the mountains, and there are many lakes and rivers here and we are going to sail on a boat, my wife thought it would be very useful to me.
The assembly is very easy! The quality of the materials is better than in a local store for a similar simulator.

Didn't work for me...not enough tension.Everything is right what it says but there's not enough of tension for my legs with the buttons sliding while sitting on the seat...only arms tension. I only tried 2 of 3 features...and stop there. It wasn't what I were looking for.

Very practical home gym equipmentI have a bad arm and my physio suggested me to give rowing machine a try so I bought this item. It turns out a very good purchase, for its price it is actually a super star. 4 in 1 is just super unique out there.I needed something I could fold and use quickly and this does just that. My house is small so something like this is super useful. I work from home so it is easier for me to do a quick work out if need. And with the kids being home they always ask me to take it out so they can use it. It is a 4-1 but i only use 2 so i will have to explore more for the other 2. It's super easy to set it up with the instructions. I did mine in 20 minutes or so. This makes me wanted to work out every time i see it. Glad i bought this 4-in-1 instead of 2-in-1. Great product!

good addition to home gymI needed a replacement rower for my old one that broke. I like this addition although i wouldn't use as my sole source of workout. It was relatively easy to assemble-a few stumbles-make sure you read instructions before trying to assemble or even removing and extricating the rower from it's packaging- I was able to assemble on my own

Easy and fun workout!My husband and I are building a sunroom to use for our gym equipment and wanted a rowing machine for cardio ! This rowing machine is nice and has multiple functions. I like that it can convert to an ab machine with 3 different angles:

The handrail can be adjusted by 4-levels for different heighten people. It came assembled and it's nice and sturdy yet still lightweight enough to move around easily. It has a Weight Capacity of 265 lbs.
