Quick to install nice and secure.Very quick to install on my car.
The quick clamp system is good and also lockable as was originally concerned they could loosen by themselves but the center of each quick clamp has a little rocker to unlock the ability to turn the knob.
Feels really sturdy on the roof bars which is reassuring with what sounds like minimal wind noise when driving so far. Will be giving it a proper road test very soon.Posted on

True value for moneyWill never regret buying this box. Have 5 kids and 2 adults so going on holidays was cramped to say the least. Looked at a few on here but this one , pricewise and size looked right. Was easy to fit , locking was no problem and will hold a lot of gear. Perfect

Excellent top boxNo complaints here, this roof box is awesome it's as well made as the Thule range but for less than half the price it has the anyside opening mechanism fitted with a nice secure fitting kit and the finish is really good.

Very well built product, very satisfied!The box may appear flimsy, but once it's closed and locked, you will not have any issues. It does not cause any issues while driving at high speeds. You can't beat this, especially for this price.

Awesome productBox is exactly what it says opens both sides and it is super sturdy. I drive very fast this thing doesn’t budge. Don’t get it if you want to add stickers all over it, rough surface but looks awesome under the sun!

Ease of access is goodAccess fom both sides is good the fixing clamps great. Not so good there are NO strap fixed clamps to secure loads in place.

Roof boxThe roof boxes themselves are good quality for money and really spacious. Just double check the size of your roof bars because mine was standard fitted by Halfords professionally and they didn’t fit, but you can just drill them at one end to put the clamps through and it’s perfectly fine but overall it is a very good product and I’m very happy with it .

Great item however did not fit my carI was trying to find a dual side opening box and theres not many around, so I saw this and liked the look of it. It said fits most vehicles, so having a standard size car I bought it. Delivery was great and really quick. However when I got it out the box (already fully assembled and ready to install) it did not fit my roof bars. I thought the build quaity of the box was good, similar to other boxes I've used. The locks felt solid and the clamp attachment system (same type as on the much more expensive Thule boxes) is very easy to use. It's also really big, and would fit loads of stuff in.
My problem, however, was that the front and rear clamps would not move far enough apart to fit my roof bars, which are fixed location. This would not be a problem for rail fixed bars or ones that clamp to the roof edge which can be adjusted forward or back. I have since found this same item for sale on Ebay and they have included an additional picture (see below) which would have let me know that it would not fit my car. If you are looking at this item and have fixed location bars, please read this review!!!
I arranged a return through amazon and after some communication with the seller, they agreed to pay half the return postage (£8 each) and provided me a paid returns label to use. I sent the item back with parcelforce which was no trouble and got thw refund (-£8) very promptly.
Although the item was no good for me, I have to say the service from the seller was very good and I would recommend.Posted on
