Overpriced, flimsy drawers.If you don't care about the colour, buy the IKEA furniture this is based off. You'll get a better product for the amount of money spent, maybe even cheaper depending on the model or if buying secondhand. I purchased this because it looks similar to the ALEX which I have, and IKEA has discontinued the colour black. This however is not worth it's price.;It's scratched and worn on most edges. One of the rails went beyond the stopper, and I had to put the ball bearings back in place. The drawers feel akin to pulling a wheely bin, and I don't trust it holding any actual weight. That should not be the experience you get for £90. Granted, I did get a partial refund for the damage. This doesn't change the fact that the product itself is bad. I ended up buying an IKEA kallax instead. At least they kept the black version of that, and it isn't going to crumble from a gust of wind.

I'm so glad to know that all my important belongings are safely locked up.Assembly was easy, and the drawers pull out smoothly. The only minor drawback is that the key sometimes needs a slight wobble to be aligned, probably because the wheels are on the carpet. I plan to buy another one if they're still in stock.

Great productassembled it by myself, which took about two hours, mainly because I kept getting things mixed up and losing parts. I put one part in backwards, but it didn't bother me. I'll keep the instructions and parts just in case I need to adjust them. Once assembled, it's sturdier than I expected because one metal part was slightly bent, and I was worried it would break, but it didn't, and it looks great. It's bigger than I imagined, and I'm glad I bought it. I only gave it four stars because I found the instructions a bit difficult to understand, and one of the bent parts made me worried it would break. I would have given it 4.5 stars.

Good value for moneyFirst, please note that the lower part is just a side-opening door, not a pull-out file drawer, as the pictures and descriptions are somewhat ambiguous and easily misleading. The item arrived on time and in good packaging, but the one I received had some minor dents and manufacturing defects, which reminded me of its price. Many of the assembly parts looked and felt cheap, making me wonder if defective parts had been mixed into this inexpensive product. The instruction manual was both confusing and useful—it reminded me of flat-pack furniture from the 1980s, baffling and even making me question technological progress. It's best used as a reference guide. Assembly wasn't easy, but it wasn't too painful either. You just need a Phillips screwdriver and enough patience. I recommend assembling it on a table rather than on the floor. Once assembled, the item was decent and perfectly fulfilled my purpose: to place it under my desk in my home office/studio for storing odds and ends. I certainly wouldn't be happy placing it in a nicer spot in my house. Its appearance truly lives up to its name—a cheap but practical piece of furniture. I feel it's not very durable; the wood isn't dense enough to leave dents with the slightest touch. Overall, £35 is a reasonable price. It looks good from afar, but cheap up close. However, if you want a small cabinet that you don't have to worry about, it's not bad.

Please ensure you have the correct type of hanging file.Why design a filing cabinet with insufficient top space to hold standard file labels? Now we have to buy a new hanging file rack.

Despite some minor assembly issues, it is overall great value for money.First of all, this furniture set is fantastic, especially considering its price. It's sturdy and looks beautiful. The package included all the tools needed for assembly, and the included screwdriver was of fairly good quality. The only minor issue was the assembly itself. The instructions were okay, but it's easy to install the drawer slides incorrectly, so be sure to check carefully before assembling all the panels. Secondly, and more annoyingly, I found that some of the pre-drilled holes for the drawer slides were a few millimeters off, causing the slides to bend and deform when I tightened the screws, making it impossible to install the drawer properly. Fortunately, this could be easily solved by re-drilling the holes (luckily, the degree of misalignment was just enough to allow it). Overall, it's a good four-star product, and I would give it five stars if it weren't for these minor assembly issues.

I'd be willing to pay double the price for a pre-assembled one.It looks beautiful once it's built. But... the assembly process was a nightmare. The instructions were terrible. Some screw holes were pre-drilled, and some weren't. I'm sure I've never swore so loudly or so frequently in my life.

It's a great deal to buy it when it's on sale!Fantastic! I bought two! The size is perfect and they're easy to arrange. I didn't assemble them myself the first time, but I helped assemble them the second time. After carefully reading the instructions, I found it very easy. Considering they have plastic wheels, they're quite stable, and buying them on sale was a great deal!

The flat-pack filing cabinet performs well and offers excellent value for money.Excellent value for money. Although it took a full two hours to assemble, it was absolutely worth it. It looks beautiful, all the parts fit together perfectly, and it even came with a bag of spare parts in case it gets lost! I especially liked the included screwdriver and two aluminum wrenches. For under £50, it's incredibly good value.

A good productThe product packaging was exquisite, and the assembled cabinet worked very well. Assembling the cabinet was very smooth, thanks to the clear labels on all parts. The instruction manual detailed all the items in the package, and each component (such as screws) was in a sealed small bag, or wrapped in packaging paper like the guide rails, to prevent scratches during transport. There was one issue in the manual that could have been resolved. Each "box" had two sizes of self-tapping screws, and we eventually discovered that these screws weren't tightened with the screwdriver provided at the beginning of assembly, but rather with the included Allen wrench. With these wrenches, even a woman could easily assemble the cabinet. It would have been even better if the instruction manual had demonstrated how to use this tool.

Sturdy and durable cabinetsfinally decided to tidy up the area around my desk and organize my things. My wife was overjoyed that my desk area was clean and tidy for the first time in years—and that's an understatement. Earlier this week, I bought another cabinet, which I thought would fit perfectly—if it weren't for the desk's legs, it would be a perfect fit. So, that cabinet is now out of my mind; I need to find something smaller. This cabinet seems like the perfect fit. It arrived quickly, packaged in a sturdy cardboard box without a single scratch; I doubt even the delivery person could have damaged such good packaging. The double-layered cardboard box was filled with expanded polystyrene foam, with foam boards between each component. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, and all the parts fit perfectly. All the holes for the fittings were pre-drilled, and everything was airtight. Once assembled, it's a sturdy and durable cabinet. The closed compartments have enough space for documents or other items. A thin drawer is perfect for basic necessities, and there's an open shelf just right for notebooks, papers, and the like. It comes with two lockable wheels (I recommend attaching them to the front of the cabinet) so it won't slide around on its own. I'm not exactly lightweight, but it holds my weight without making any creaking noises. The individual drawers are a bit thin; I think a deeper drawer would be more practical, but it's fine as it is. The bottom of the cabinet has metal slides with nylon wheels, so it slides smoothly and quietly. Even without locking, it moves easily on the wheels. Combined with the large cabinet I bought, my "workspace" has transformed from a chaotic mess into a neat and organized place. My wife seems incredibly grateful. I don't quite understand why that "disaster area" was always just around my desk and didn't spread to other parts of the house…or at least not much. Honestly, this cabinet is of excellent quality, beautifully designed, well-made, and assembled almost like Lego bricks. The black color makes it more understated on my desk, not too conspicuous. I think wooden or white cabinets are too eye-catching, like a giant behemoth. I am very satisfied with this purchase, and the price is much more affordable than similar products in street stores.

It has a beautiful appearance, good quality, and a reasonable price.I bought this desk for my home office because I already had one from the same company. I assembled it myself; the instructions said it would take two people to install the back panel, but I did it by myself. I installed the drawer slides on the side panels incorrectly because I misread the instructions and only realized the mistake when I tried to install the drawers. Correcting this mistake was a real hassle because I didn't want to remove the desktop. I suggest the instructions should indicate the front and back of the slides on the pictures of the side panels to clearly show their positions. Overall, it was very easy to assemble and looks great.

Good qualityThis was bought for my father-in-law. Because it was very inexpensive, I didn't have high expectations. However, while assembling it, I was amazed by its overall quality. All parts were labeled, the instructions were very detailed, and it even came with a bag of spare parts (which turned out to be complete). It assembled very sturdily and doesn't look cheap at all. I'm very satisfied.

Cheap ways to store A4 foldersThis is a lower-priced "defective" product, but it's practically brand new (only a few scratches and stains/a broken brake wheel). Assembly was easy, and the instructions were clear. It's not particularly sturdy, but it holds documents and is easy to move, so I'm satisfied. The height is also perfect for use while sitting in an office chair.

The workmanship is extremely fine, and the appearance is also great.This chest of drawers was purchased together with a matching table. Assembly took about an hour, and honestly, having assembled hundreds of flat-packed pieces of furniture, this is definitely one of the best quality I've ever assembled. The packaging was very secure, and all the screws were tightened securely. The workmanship is excellent, and it's very sturdy. It looks fantastic once assembled. The drawers and casters slide very smoothly. I am extremely satisfied with this under-table chest of drawers and would highly recommend it without hesitation.

This piece is sturdy and doesn't break easily like many flat-packed pieces, and it was also easy to assemble.
