Missing the cross braces?They were hiding inside the lower legs!
Started to build anyway while searching online for replacements.
But then found the shelf holes on one side of both ends pieces were blocked. Some with plastic and just drove through, but others were solid. Then it clicked.
So dismantled and separated the uprights and lo, out feel the missing cross bars!
If they are going to be shipped inside another component the instructions really need to state this!
Otherwise seems solid, put together easy enough once we got those braces out of the legs.Posted on

This 5-tier metal bookshelf meets all our needsMy husband and I have hundreds of books in our house. As time goes by, we are collecting more and more. So we really need a big and durable bookcase to store our favorite books. So far, this product has met all our requirements. The design of this industrial bookshelf spices up our living room. The 5-tier large open storage space creates more area for our collections. The thickened metal frame makes it more durable than we expected. In addition, it is easy to assemble. Each component is well labeled with a number. As there was no need to follow the instructions, I finished the assembly in an hour. I really hope that we can at least get one such bookshelf.

Perfect for what I needed it forI got this unit to organise the toys in my sins bedroom , I would say it took myself 2 hours to build following the clear instructions, it is really sturdy and as you can see from the picture lots of space

Fantastic Value For MoneyThis shelving looks really lovely and is really sturdy, it was really easy to put together which is just as well because usually when a product says it will take two people to put together my spouse says it doesn't say how long it will take two disastrous DIYers. I like the fact the shelves are at different levels in the middle section which makes it easier for different size items to be placed on it. Over all I would say this is one of the nicest shelving units out there.
