Had a slight crack on one of the draws, these things happen during transit. I reached out to the customer service and they sent me a replacement draw next day. Great service, highly recommend.
The unit itself is also fantastic, very sturdy and well put together. Whilst I did have a broken draw, I don't expect this to happen again, as the draws otherwise are very strong, just a heavy handed courier would be my guess.
