If you love assembling IKEA furniture, this is the product for you.Great add on. Worth it but not for the faint of heart. It doesn't get too hot inside considering it's metal and it's dark. It took us about two days and 4/5 hours to install considering the limited space to install it. We do DIY a lot and the instructions are not for the faint of heart as the steps are in different boxes and the visuals provided in the manual leave room for improvement. Found some easier ways to install the metal roof and went back to tighten it all up. Biggest complaint is the straps that tie into the netting to wrap the curtains...the rivet holes didn't even last a week and almost all of the curtains hung on the poles fell off at the slightest breeze.

Affordable and durable gazeboAssembly was OK. The pictures in the manual showing the details were really helpful. Avoid the black canopy if you live in a hot area. It is much sturdier than you might think. It felt flimsy when assembling, but once it was put together it felt very durable. I did need to weigh it down with large tent stakes as the included stakes were only about 4 inches long. It comes with concrete anchors though. The net and curtains feel thick and should last for a few seasons. The roof slats were a little hard to get in the right position, and the first few positions took a little learning. We had a small storm the other day, but the wind was in a good direction. It didn't shake the ceiling and the whole structure held up well. The amount of shade it provides is adequate. All the parts were complete, and it even came with an extra package. Two of the three boxes had minor damage upon arrival, but the packaging inside was intact and the parts were in good condition. It took a friend and I three days and about three hours to put this thing together, for a total of about nine hours. We used a screw gun and two step stools to get it done. Definitely bring a screw gun or it will take longer to assemble. So far we are very happy with it.

PerfectPerfect! Fits our paving tiles perfectly. Sturdy and beautiful. The assembly cost was high but we plan to use it for a long time so hope it is worth the money.

Meet our needsEasy to build, but not as good as expected. The instructions do say it is not for inclement weather...which is a bit confusing since it is meant for outdoor use. I have to say, it was worth the price. We added lights

Best BBQ GazeboGreat product! Customer service was top notch and very responsive. Dimensions were as described. Easy assembly and clear instructions. Minus one star because some of the posts may have a little wear from shipping and there were some errors in the pre-drilling. But overall a solid product. Highly recommend!!!

Very cost-effective pavilionIt came in two fairly heavy boxes, and I recommend having help with the handling. Each box was sealed tightly and taped shut. There was a separate list of items with each box, which was handy to check and make sure you had all the parts, and it was also helpful during the assembly process. It took me three days to assemble, but I did it all by myself in the Florida heat, and I recommend having at least one person help. For convenience, when you are ready to install the roof frame, lay it on the floor first before you lay it on the structure, which makes it easier to align everything and then align other things afterwards. All in all, I am very happy with this gazebo, and it is exactly what I was looking for.

Very beautiful pavilionI'm very impressed. From the engineering, tooling, to the software implementation to run the machine, to the packaging... oh, and shipping, I don't know how they make money. Installation was easy and the instructions were easy to understand. Power tools and two people are recommended (depending on the size you choose). Overall, this is a great value for the money.

Looks great.Put it up today and I understood all the instructions. It was easy to put together if you follow it step by step. Two of us were able to put it together. I know you might need three people but if you are smart and careful to support the pieces two people can do it. Plan on putting it up all day. We started at 10am and had the curtains all put up by 6:30pm.

Great customer service and quality productsUpdate: The new gazebo arrived very quickly with no issues and was assembled very quickly. It took two of us to put the main structure together first before we started assembling it. It ended up being done by four of us, which took a few hours in total. The gazebo is very beautiful and very sturdy: everyone was very impressed with it, not only because it looks beautiful, but also because we recently experienced high winds and the gazebo did not move at all. We added outdoor string lights for effect, which was easy because there are hooks on the top of the gazebo. It is definitely a great addition to our outdoor space! I would buy this gazebo again for the quality alone. Tips: Always look at the pictures on the instructions carefully so you don't accidentally put something upside down or backwards and have to take it apart and reassemble it. Also, the canopy on the top is open on most of the sides, so if you're expecting it to close to keep bugs out, don't do that. Original Post: Unfortunately, the main pole arrived severely bent. I contacted the seller and he immediately offered to replace it for free. The seller has excellent customer service and is very responsible for his product!

Beautiful and sturdyOur previous house had a canvas roof with thin rails that were damaged by the wind. We now wanted a house with larger posts and a more rigid roof. I did 95% of the work myself and although it took several weekends and 4-6 hour shifts at a time, it was worth it to have it finished and looking so beautiful in the end. It was time consuming to get all the parts, beams and roof panels off the ground, but it was clearly marked with stickers and even came with two fabric bags to hold the small parts. The roof hooks were a nice touch, as were the hooks to attach the curtains to the posts and the curtain rail system.

Looks great! Would need at least 3 people and 2 ladders to install successfully! So far so good! Just got it off the ground and I love it. We haven't had a storm yet so I don't know if it leaks or if it will hold up (I'll update in a few months). The only reason it gets 4 stars is that the top was a pain to put together. Must have help and multiple ladders! Overall it was fine though, my mom and I put it together with the help of our three little kids. My husband helped with the roof because I was tired by then. It would probably take two people all day to put it together. So invite a friend to help, make sure it's in a sunny spot, have common sense that metal can be hot, and have some cold drinks ready for them. They get mad if it's not perfectly square and level. If you don't take the time to make sure it's square, things won't line up. Other than that we all love it and it looks great! No missing parts, very sturdy, fits my place perfectly. And is very practical for our needs.

Looks greatI love this gazebo! My previous gazebo was made of fabric, so I had to take it down every time it rained or was windy. If I forgot to put it away, the fabric would collect water and algae or moss would grow on it, which looked really gross. My previous outdoor table was also made of waterproof wood, but the wood had faded and worn out after years of exposure to the sun and rain. Now I don't have to worry about it anymore! Highly recommend this gazebo, it's easy to set up and it's not heavy. I love it!

Love it!love this gazebo so much! It looks exactly like the pictures and is very sturdy, which is my favorite thing about it. My husband is installing the curtain rods and it's just missing this, but so far I'm very happy with it.

Very gorgeous and stunning!Awesome! I searched for months to find "the one" and now this is it! It's beautiful and solid and we can't put it down! I might even consider getting another one next year! It's perfect! Had to hire someone to install it and he spent two days, mostly by himself, eating pizza and drinking beer

Very simple to assembleWhen I saw the instructions, I was a little hesitant to put it together myself, after all I am 69 years old. But I watched the video and it guided me step by step and allowed me to follow the instructions step by step. Believe it or not, I put it together by myself in 3 hours. Although I had someone help to lift it up and screw the legs on the bottom, I did the rest by myself. I am very proud of my work and it is all thanks to the video. Thank you so much.

AffordableSturdy and well packaged. A few of the roof slats may have been a little bent in shipping. I bent them back and it was fine. I put it together myself, it took about 10-12 hours, not continuous. I did it in between jobs. It took a little effort in some places to get the bolts tight and the holes aligned, but overall it was put together well. A few slats are missing bolt holes. I'm okay with that though. Next came the curtains and mosquito nets and we were done.

High quality and low price product! The construction quality is very good and it is very sturdy. The frame is strong and very wind resistant. It was relatively easy to assemble. I would recommend using a tool such as a cordless drill so that the assembly can be done faster and easier. Overall, very satisfied!

Great gazebo, worth buying, installation was easy!4.5/5 stars is my honest rating. Read all of this carefully for an honest review. This gazebo is really great!! Follow the instructions closely or you will mess up some stuff. I'm not trying to be harsh but I think the 3-4 hour installation time they say is not fair and a little misleading. It took two different installations, 5-7 hours each time, with two people each time. This thing really took a long time. If you think a few hours will do it, think again. But it was absolutely worth it! 100%! It's sturdy, beautiful, provides great shade, and really enhances the space we put it in. It's heavy, good quality, and perfect for our space. We're not planning on putting up the netting, and I can use those hooks to hang lights instead of having to hang the hooks myself. This little trick would make the gazebo even more beautiful and give it more ambience at night. Two cons: - Some of the holes in the roof don't line up. A lot of times I had to screw the screws into the top roof piece, screw them into the second roof piece, and then screw the screws into the plastic anchors at an angle, which basically forced it to work. - The velcro netting on the top to keep bugs out is pretty much useless, once you get everything up, secured and tightened there is nowhere to sit flush and bugs can get in easily. Here are some tips for when installing: - Don't tighten all the screws like the instructions say, wait until the end to tighten them. - Use two ladders and two people, three is better. - Set aside 1-2 hours to get everything organized and in order before you start putting it up. - When assembling all the roof parts, separate them and lay them flat on the ground before installing them. It's easier this way and you'll have everything handy when assembling. - The Allen/Hex key uses two different bits, one large and one small. - They provide a lot of extra parts, don't worry if you find yourself not using all of them.

Sturdy, beautiful and mosquito-proof!Great value backyard gazebo. I just installed it myself. Here are some tips that will save you time that are not fully covered in the instructions. 1) When you start installing, spread the frame out as far as possible; 2) The four small corner inserts that hold the top in place need to be inserted through the fabric canopy with holes; 3) The center of the frame is at the top of the four folding poles, and there are tabs on each folding pole (raised slightly upward) for inserting the corner pockets on the fabric into the tabs; 4) A second person is required to push up on the center frame and snap each corner into place. Sturdy, beautiful, and the mosquito net covers the gazebo over the top. Enjoy your summer.

High quality beautiful gazebogreat addition to my front yard entertaining area. It provides amazing shade and keeps you dry and comfortable from all the unexpected weather, such as the sudden rains we often experience. I assembled this large gazebo myself, except for the need to lift and move it. It was a challenge for me to build it alone, so I recommend you find a helper. I recommend that you follow the instructions closely, and if you get confused, take a break and read the instructions carefully before continuing. Once assembled, it is beautiful and sturdy. This size is perfect for placing on a picnic table or a full-sized patio furniture set. It really would be a great addition to any entertaining area.

Strong.Perfect for camping, we were looking for something to cover the patio without the need for an awning as it was too windy in the early spring to use an awning. It did take several people to set up and was longer than I expected. But definitely worth it.

The product is as described (but the cover is made of tent material)This canopy is awesome! My only minor issue is that it's made of tent material, I thought it was canvas or something thicker. Don't worry though - it still works for my needs. Oh! And I especially love the sandbags that come with it! They're so helpful!

Assembly is very difficult! The item itself is beautiful. Based on my follow-up review, I gave it 4 stars. Buyer beware! If you don't have the talent or manpower (family!) to assemble it, I recommend hiring help. It took three of us, with the requisite talent, two 12-hour sessions over one weekend to put it together. We were all sore and tired from climbing up and down ladders. It's made up of hundreds of parts and is intricately detailed. Many of the parts are very fragile, so handle them with care. Once assembled, it's perfect. This is the second one we've purchased. The first was half the size of this one, but was still just as complicated to assemble. The first one has been used for a few years now and still looks great. I recommend these because they look and function great. Plus, they're a great buy.

The sturdy pavilion has been used for three yearsBought this product two years ago and we are still enjoying its shade this spring and summer, and it also protects my outdoor furniture. Great product, easy to assemble and disassemble (best to have two people do this job). The first year it was outside all year round. The second year we decided to take it down during the very windy winter and put it back up again in the spring. It can be folded up to a compact size, so it is easy to store. This portable gazebo is better than a fixed heavy metal/wooden gazebo because you can leave it outside anywhere and at any time of the year. You can fold it up when you don't need it. I was skeptical about the durability before, but this product has won my trust and is still going strong in my third year of use! By the way, this seller has great customer support; when I contacted them almost a year after the purchase, they responded quickly and helped me in a timely manner. Good product and good business indeed.

An excellent multi-purpose gazeboMy wife and I love spending time in our backyard, no matter the season. We previously had a smaller gazebo, but decided it was time to get a larger one so we could fit our hot tub underneath it. The gazebo came in two large boxes, and once we got all the parts out, we easily put it together following the instructions provided; it took us about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete, with a few stops to keep an eye on the kids. Once assembled, the gazebo was very sturdy and fit perfectly in the backyard patio location we wanted. The gazebo comes with a mosquito net and privacy curtains, which is perfect for when we use the hot tub in the evenings. We also installed lights inside the gazebo to get some light when using it at dusk or in the evening. The gazebo has a soft shell material on the roof, which helps minimize heat intake during the summer months. There is also an opening at the top to allow for air circulation or to exhaust steam from the hot tub. You can also attach a ceiling fan to the top, and all the required wires come out of the top. We expect this piece of furniture to last for many years.

Right size, beautifulThis gazebo was the perfect size for our needs. The instructions were easy to follow and there was plenty of extra hardware in case we needed it. The screens are sturdy and the blinds are sturdy. I did most of the assembly myself and my wife helped tighten the roof hardware. I am very happy with this gazebo.

Exceeding expectationsThe gazebo looks really nice and exceeded my expectations. It took me about 10 hours to assemble it myself, with only a few issues with the screws being a little tricky. I would highly recommend not tightening the bolts for the roof poles until everything is connected, so it is easier to align all the holes. Another thing worth highlighting is that the packaging was underrated. I was a little nervous when I ordered the gazebo on Amazon before, but everything was securely wrapped with wooden boards around the edges of the inside of the box. If anything was damaged during shipping, it was just an accident. The seller was also very helpful, sent all tracking numbers, and was always available to answer questions if needed.
