Lengthy but easy assembly - great valueIt takes ages to put together (I was able to do all of it by myself apart from the final lifting the top section onto the bottom section), but the instructions are decent and the quality is good, so the final item is worth the effort. Much cheaper than other options I looked at that were running to three or four hundred pounds... It looks good too.

Looks greatSeller helped with delivery query. My order was delivered day early. I attempted to put this together alone. 29 steps to put together. I had to get a friend to help with the top half as I needed to assemble the top elsewhere , due to space and then lift back to finish . Some parts weren't numbered but I identified them easily by instructions. It looks great and my grandchildren love getting shoes on snd off using the handy seat.

Very Short, quite complex build.Reasonably engineered and solid, instructions are quite comprehensive, if confusing in places.;Took between 2-3 hours to build, given the number of pieces that’s not too bad, but you do need quite a large floor space to work in.;Reason for 3 rather than 4 stars is its dimensions, it’s a good 30-40 cm too short to work in the UK at only 160cm tall. I am reasonably practical so have extended it to 200 tall by using a wall panel and securing the top section to the wall, if you can’t then make sure a short unit suits. Bit crazy really as an extra 30cm of hardboard would cost pennies.

UnderwhelmingDisappointed. 2 screws missing, hinges not working as coukdnt screw them due to not having screws. Dont get me wrong, it looks nice, instructions are very clear but it is underwhelming. For the money you pay I suppose you get what you paid for. I wouldnt buy again but I will not discourage anyone who is looking for something that serves its purpose

Poor qualityLooks beautiful however very poor quality wood is used. It lasted a month up and the 3 screws on the hinge for the bottom door have all fell out in one go and I can’t screw them back in as there is nothing for the screws to actually bite onto. Waste of money

Just as described.This is a great addition to our home. It is exactly what we needed. It was easy to put together. Only issue is the hooks would not hold more than a pair of keys. Purchased strong hooks to hold backpacks.

Multifunctional hangerIt's the perfect choice for my entrance. It's very sturdy and looks great! I needed a bench, a storage drawer, and a coat hanger by the door, and this system had all of those things together perfectly, and it looked really nice and functional.

Very prettyI like how you can put tinier things at the top and can also hang up jackets and coats. The bottom has a nice shoe compartment as well. It solved my placement of shoes problem and I really enjoy it. The color is nice.

Perfect for small spaces/entry waysTook my husband a few hours to put together, but overall very happy with the outcome and price point. If I could add anything, it would be some additional small hooks for keys. We have a small entry way and no mud room, had an old bench there but didn’t want to put holes in the wall, this was perfect.
