Please have a strong person in the house when it is delivered.I am a 79 year old widow with osteoporosis. Not knowing the table was being delivered that day, I was not prepared for a banging on the door and a ring at the bell. I opened the door to see the large, heavy table, fully boxed, was wedged in the porch, so that I HAD to move it into the house, or I couldn't get out of the front door! The delivery man had driven away by then. When it's something so heavy, surely the delivery driver could double check that the recipient is able to receive it without injury?
