Noisy but does what it says on tin.We live in barn conversion with very limited loft space. Upstairs bedrooms get unbareably hot. This is amazing at bringing tge temperature right down but if far too noisy to sleep with even on sleep mode.

DisappointedGood size machine and works upstairs for average 3 bed house. However big problem when in air conditioning mode it rattles on and off even in sleep mode too. You can't sleep with inconsistent noise.

Amazing!Does what it says on the tin. I can control it from anywhere in the world thanks to the app I installed on my phone. Not too loud - just like a very powerful fan really. A bit uncomfortable to drain but I don’t use the “dry” setting much - I stick to “cold” so I rarely have to empty the tank. The air comes out cold, I use it to cool down my one bedroom flat and it works like a charm! Make sure you seal the window well, close all the other windows and pull the blinds down to create shade, as it will help the aircon instead of working against it. It also looks compact and sleek - I would definitely recommend!

Does the job!Blows out cold air like an aircon-unit should but seeing as though most double glazed windows open outwards the attachment provided is no good. Also the unit is very loud which personally doesn't bother me but may bother some people.
As it's clearly advertised about the window attachment I can't mark it down too much but would be nice if they looked into improving this.Posted on

Great product!Don’t know how I’ve managed without this a/c unit with all warm weather we’ve been having here in the U.K recently, we currently have this in our bedroom and switch it on about about 40 mins before we go to bed and it cools the room to a very nice 18 degrees (it can cool down to 16 degrees but we found 18 was the sweet spot for us) It can be operated via the remote control or via the app which you can set up on your phone, there are also controls on the top of the unit. It does need to be situated close to a window so that the exhaust pipe it comes with can be vented out of a window. The unit itself is quite large and the exhaust pipe which attaches to the back of the unit looks a bit unsightly in the bedroom, however, this is a small price to pay when you need a cool, comfortable nights sleep. We managed to buy this at the end of May this year and paid £209.00, I’ve noticed it’s now well over £300.00.
All in all a very good purchase and yes, I recommend it - especially at the price we paid. It can also be used as a fan as well as a de-humidifier but I’ve not used either of those functions yet.Posted on

Good all rounderI’m happy with the performance of this portable air conditioner. We live in a new build, with a square but small master bedroom, so the power of this air conditioner feels right - but it wouldn’t be enough for bigger rooms.
As it is, with an side opening window I had to purchase an additional Velcro based attachment double zipped setup to help exhaust the heat and this works well for the job.
In about half an hour to fourth five minutes, it’s able to reduce the heat from 2728 down to 22/23 but take an additional hour to bring it down to 2019. It is incredibly loud though - very loud - to the point it’s as loud as my lawn mower, so definitely not sleep worthy.Posted on

WorkingIts doing a job, but its very noisy. What more important if you considering buy this one you need to know they only include window kit for slide windows not for normal opening ones so you will need buy separate window seal kit if you got windows as most people in uk not got slide ones so its extra money you need spent other way its not gonna work as hot air its gonna go in by window without correct window seal kit. Its got 2 speeds and cooling good but its very noisy for me its hard to watch tv in my living room. Considering sending back if i not use too to this noise and buy more quiet one.

Returning the unitUnfortunately the unit arrived yesterday got to say sound very quiet look lovely but unfortunately there’s is no way this unit is suitable for my small 10 ft by 11 ft bedroom had it on maybe 6 hours and 20 degrees was the best it could do .
It was only 23 degrees b4 .
I have a older 1 that takes my room down to 18 luckily I still have it .
I thought the unit would at least blow out cold air it dose notPosted on

Fabulous piece of kit!Superb air conditioner, nice and compact. Cools down my entire flat in no time. Cannot use the adaptor that is supposed to be used for the exhaust but it fits out the window and stays put with no problem, the hose extends quite far!
No air conditioner is going to be quiet like a mouse as some seem to think you can have with an AC unit. Fast speed isn't as loud as you'd expect and low is of course quieter.
Overall a great bit of kit and will be recommending to others. A purchase most happy with and can get through the unbearable summer heatwaves at last.Posted on

It works but there are issuesSo this works, and sitting in front of it is like sitting in front of a fridge. Win. Noise wise, it's not quiet, but it's a white sort of noise. I would struggle to work next to it, but can watch TV over it in the room and probably would be able to sleep with it on the same way you would a hoover/fan if it was consistent enough.
The major negative is how the hot air leaves. The window fitting is not made for UK house windows, it looks like it's made for a lift up type of window, so it's a clunky fit, see picture, the tube itself is cheap thin plastic and doesn't go very far, it's also a pain to get into place without the other end dropping out. The tube to take the air away gets really hot and so does the machine, and with the window not being a smooth fit it's not ideal, so as for cooling down an actual room rather than me sat in front of it, I'm not sure this is the case. That being said, you want something to sit near and cool you down better than a fan or air cooler, then this is a fair bet.Posted on

Portable and well-performedThis air conditioner is just the right size for my room and is easy to move around. Although there is sound, I think the noise level is acceptable to me and does not disturb my sleep.
