Loooong reach!When fully extended it’s really long. When using at full length it does get a bit bendy but with care it is fine. I used this to scrape moss from my roof. I removed as much as possible and then used a hosepipe to wash it down. For this purpose the head could use a modification to allow the tile overlaps to be scraped out. It did a good job seeing as how it’s meant for snow. A sturdy handle and relatively easy to use at full stretch.

This rake is awesome!This is my second rake. They do their job and they rake and swipe the snow under and over my cars without scratching the paint due to the composite materials that is built upon. It help me rake the snow on the roof to avoid ice dams. The best is for my swim spa that I have to clear the snow every 5 inches to avoid the cover to collapse under the snow weight. The telescopic handle its a nice feature to have!

useful toolThis snow roof rake is super useful for our family, it was really easy to assemble and it was sturdier with a super light weight than my previous one ... our house in New Jersey had crazy amount of snow this winter and my gutters were full of ice . With this take I was able to get each new snow removed and eventually, go some sun and temps warm enough to melt it . It also can be adjust with different distances as I wanted. Which One tool can get rid of all snow on the roof ..

An Excellent Snow RakeI'm surprised that folks have had negative experiences with this snow rake. We've had about a foot of snow overall so far this winter and this snow rake has worked really well, allowing me to remove large swaths of snow off of our roof. I love that the rake is lightweight, but especially like that it's telescopic. So much easier than clicking the separate parts together. I would highly recommend this snow rake.

Just what I wanted.So far no dislikes. We like large blade and the twist-n-lock.The blade is angled different than other roof rakes making it more efficient at pulling snow. Very pleased.

Works well on standing seam roofThe best thing about this roof rake is that it fits between the standing seams on my roof. All the other rakes are 24" wide and, as they will not fit between the seams, do not scrape the roof surface cleanly. This is the only one I could find that is small enough to work well. My only complaint is that the rake arrived with one of the extension poles jammed into another and it took a great deal of strength to extend it. Once we got it extended, it has worked very well. That's why I gave it only 3 stars on "easy to assemble." Attaching the rake to the pole was very easy, however. It is a sturdy product and we hope to get much use out of it here in snowy Vermont!

Very sturdy and great rangeI received the product after the first major snowstorm in the Sierras. I used it on snow that was quite heavy and thick, up to 3 feet in spots. It was tough to break up the snow but it did a good job of breaking it up and I was able to pull it down. The next day it snowed another 2 feet. I used the rake again and it was a breeze with the new light snow. I think it will help a lot this winter.

Assembly a challengeHow hard could it be to assemble a snow rake. A nightmare if the upper portion of the pole is jammed into the next lower assembly. After fighting with it for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to release the upper section and attach the rake. Have not tried it yet but the retractable pole seems ideal for storage and extension to reach the upper levels of the roof. If you happen to get one of the rakes that is assembled at the factory correctly, should work out well. After having finally assembled the roof rake, I was able to use it on our roof, removing the snow in hopes of preventing an ice dam. The small head on the rake, which some have criticized, I found helpful as it was easy to maneuver in and out of tight spaces. Also it cut back on the weight of the rake head as I extended the rake to hit the higher areas of the roof. The extension pole is terrific. Easy to extend and contract. So far, other than the assembly issue, I would call this an excellent purchase.

Best productI like it.its large blade to remove snow easily and safe to work. Adjustable length for reaching the hard to get areas near roof peaks and high ledges. It’s good quality aluminum materials can be used for a long time . The roof rake is perfect to remove snow , leaves , debris and anything else on my roof. Besides , the adjustable length makes it a ideal too for my car cleaning. It’s very useful multi purpose tool.

So Far GoodI haven't used the product yet as by the time I got this all our snow had melted from our last storm. I did want to review the assembly first. It would not if hurt to have a simple 1 page sheet of assembly instructions. It took me a bit to figure it how to assemble it. There is very little assembly but not sure why they didn't think to include instructions. One if my screws holes was partially covered in plastic and un-useable so I had to dig out the plastic to get the screw in.I'm excited for our next snow storm to see how it works and will update my review then. One other note, the shortest length is around 7 feet so make sure you have a tall place to store it.

PERFECT for our needsWe don't get a lot of snow in Georgia (but where we live, we DO get more than most folks would expect. BUT I didn't get this for the snow. I got it because we have no lawn and live in the woods, and leaf and pine straw on the roof is a Major issue come Fall. My husband got out cleaning assorted building rooves and LOVED this ! He's no-longer able to deal with ladders,.. and the extra reach on this was a real blessing,... it eve removed, easily, some small tree limbs balanced o top of storage buildings and laying on the rooves, accumulating more leaves and pine straw. Took him FAR less time to do from the ground, than struggling on a ladder he had to keep moving, So we're delighted

Really well made productThis is a really well made product. The extrusions for the telescoping handle are thicker than many other roof rakes, resulting in a very sturdy unit. The locking mechanisms are large and easy to operate with gloves on. The molded rake unit is very stiff and well designed, and the attachment hardware for the rake head is high quality. The required allen and open-faced wrenches are even supplied! It is nice to see a company producing something of this quality.

Compact sturdy and tge best for tge money.So, it's October 29th and 1.5 inch of snow fell this morning. Obviously not useable so, I will add at later date. Meanwhile, the rake was assembled in 3 minutes. Comes with the necessary tools. I extended the handle to the fullest and like the smaller blade as it's less top heavy and maneuverable. Compact, with telescopic handles, makes it perfect for storage. See you later this winter.
