The base is down—please help!I really love this product, but I'm having trouble assembling it. To ensure each part is securely tightened, the bottom screw actually went through the plywood base! Now the cat tree is very unstable and wobbly. Please help me, and help my cat too. Thank you.

I love it! But some adjustments are needed.fantastic product! My cat loves it. The reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because: 1. The washers on the mounting base and the first rod are too small, making them easy to slip out of the holes. The solution is simple: just replace them with larger washers. 2. My ceiling is quite low. Although many extension rods can be cut to the appropriate length, the problem I encountered was that the ceiling mounting hole for the extension rod was only 1.5 inches, which couldn't fit into the top spring hole… I had to use a hacksaw to shorten the hole by about 1 cm, but now it's tight, and the rod is firmly secured… probably because my ceiling is almost to the ceiling, haha. In short, it needs a little modification, but I really like it. It has a certain degree of elasticity, which I think is good, as it won't damage the ceiling. The rubber pads and spring top cap keep it firmly fixed to the ceiling and prevent it from moving easily. The instructions say it also comes with a wall-mount bracket, but that's completely unnecessary.

Big TreeEasy to assemble. The cats pretty much live in it. It's tall, which is great! The basket isn't very sturdy for larger cats, but otherwise it's great!

This supplier offers a perfect concept of cat safety and relaxation, and their service is also excellent.First of all, I must say this cat tree is a brilliant design. I offset the different shelves at an angle (instead of making them straight), so the cats can jump to the higher shelves more easily. It's the perfect solution if you have a dog who wants to play with the cats, but the cats aren't ready to play yet. Both cats adapted to the new environment quickly, especially the more timid one, who loves staying on the top shelf. I was initially worried about whether the shelves were wide enough, but now the cats seem very relaxed on them; they enjoy sitting, lying down, and even napping. It's wonderful—comfortable and practical. The design is very elegant, and it's easy to assemble. The supplier even emailed us instructions before the product arrived, so I knew how to assemble it the day it arrived. It was really simple, taking only about ten minutes. The top spring tube is the perfect height, requiring no adjustment, and a spare tube and an extension tube are included for homes with high ceilings. We put the cat tree in the hallway, and it looks fantastic—definitely the most talked-about topic. Three cat toys were already on the shelf: two little mice and a plush ball. The supplier's service was excellent—far above average. They were very helpful, everything arrived in perfect condition, and communication was smooth. Our dog chewed up a corner of the cat bed, and they very kindly replaced the damaged panel quickly. If you're unsure what you need, you can opt for a wall-mounted cat tree or cat bed, but this can be a lot of hassle and leave marks on the walls, and we weren't sure if our cat would use it. I'm so glad we chose this cat bed. It meets all our needs, provides a comfortable and safe space, and is very flexible; I highly recommend it. Our ceiling has a textured surface, but most importantly, it was both aesthetically pleasing and safe to install.

My cat loves it!I love this cat tree! I have a Manx and a Maine Coon at home so I needed a large cat tree that could accommodate them. This one is perfect! It was easy to put together, the instructions were simple, and I love that it has multiple levels. My cats were already climbing around on it while I was putting it together :) Highly recommended!

Cat TowerMy cat loves this tower. I thought I ordered a dark grey but received a light grey. The instructions were a nightmare. The pictures were too small and there was no text. The pictures of the screws were too small to tell which was which. Also had no idea which post went where. I finally got it working but can't say it was as easy as some other products.

Cats love itBought this for my wife and her cat loves it, it's huge and perfect. She has a really fat cat who loves to tip the cat tree over when he jumps on it. Oh my goodness let me tell you, the cat tree has a drywall anchor on the back that attaches directly to the wall. I didn't mount it because the cat tree doesn't move at all, the cats run up and down and jump up and down, it took about an hour to build without shaking tools. Very simple, make sure you count which pieces you have, the small ones look the same but they are important when you are halfway up so take your time, hope this review helps

Super good. Definitely worth buyingThe instructions that came with the package are just awful but the video that the seller included is awesome, I would have been confused without this but overall our cats love it! It's not too big, I'm 5'11" and the top of the tower is slightly above my head but definitely within reach so if you're shorter definitely take that into account but overall these towers are sturdy, fairly easy to put together and the cats love it. I don't write costway reviews but I'm very happy with this one. I love my cats and I'm sure you do too since you're considering buying this product. I was hesitant to buy this tower before but it's really great. Great exercise, great quality, looks great and most importantly my cats are happy so I'm happy and if the seller keeps up this quality you will be too. But again just a reminder the instructions are crap and could be better but the video that comes with this post is a 15/10
