Biggest InconvenienceI use it to keep garnishes cold which seems to work fine I use ice packs to keep items cool for a few hours The biggest inconvenience/problem with this cooler is the latch though it closes tightly just to grab the level to close it is a hassle specially if your constantly opening & closing door

Performed as promisedOur church Men’s Ministry cooks for a youth camp and some other functions. The facilities are typically unknown. Now we can prepare all of the hot food at our church kitchen and transport for an hour and a half or more and we are ready to go.

Does not hold 5 full sized pansArrived damaged without any instructions on use. It is easy to clean, but will not hold 5 full size catering pans. I am not sure how well the latches will hold up with use, they do not feel commercial grade. Have not used it yet but appears it will hold heat after I adjusted the hinges to allow the door to close. Overall disappointed for the price

Hot Deal!I am amazed at how this item keeps food hot, not just warm. I used it to deliver trays to a client. Three hours later I went to wash it out. When I opened the case it was still warm and steamy. This is after being empty for 3-hrs. Once it's closed and that heat is sealed in, it stays in!

Perfect for anyone who needs to transport food hot or cold.My daughter makes donuts and delivers them frosted to various locations. We are located in Florida so the insulation factor keeps the donuts intact and the frosting from melting. Perfect. We added the freezer tray, stainless steel trays and lid covers to complete the unit.

Kept food hot!I purchased this for my wife for her catering company, she was very surprised and excited to use this. This past weekend she had an event and she placed her hot food inside, not only was everything still hot by the time she reached her event but she had plenty of space for everything. She had another successful event and I would gladly buy this again if I needed it!

Food carrierThe insulated food pan carrier has worked fantastic for us. We do a Lot of catering- and these carriers get used and abused. We used to use a more-expensive brand; thinking they were better quality. This product has proven to us that you can get a great carrier for a very fair price. Quality construction, and great at holding temperatures. I highly recommend these carriers.
