Fantastic for those using standing at desk

I work from home and recently purchased a standing desk converter to help ease my muscular aches and pains. I found that my feet would start to ache after standing for a few hours so I decided to buy this anti-fatigue mat as I liked the additional foot massage elements. It has helped to reduce the fatigue in my legs and feet and I can now stand comfortably for 4 hours without feeling the need to sit down. I particularly like the massage ball in the centre and the dimples - I can massage my feet whilst working and get a free reflexology session at the same time. I like to press down on the edges of the mat too, which in turn encourages me to change my stance. I would highly recommend this to anyone who works from home and uses a standing desk.
