Office ChairArrived in no time... I'm a senior citizen and usually not very good at putting things together. Somehow I managed to complete it with pride and included the instructions and photos. It was a little difficult to put the seat on by myself without help from someone else but I'm glad I succeeded. The chair is a great looking one and I love that the arms can be lifted up as needed. It took me an hour and a half to put it together but I'm very proud of it. A little disappointed with the comfort level. The seat is too hard and I haven't found a cushion I'm happy with yet. I would have returned it had I not thrown the box away.

Matches the product picture. Comfortable and easy to install.love this chair. Size: Note that it is designed for people 5'5" and up, and I'm 5'4". I don't quite fit this chair and need a seat cushion to get the neck brace to fit me. Without the seat cushion, the neck brace is too high, which is neither practical nor comfortable. Other than that, it feels nice and sturdy overall. Comfort: I like that the chair tilts back and locks. To get back out of the recline, just unlock and lean back a little more to pop forward. The mesh seat doesn't look baggy or saggy. I wish the armrests were a little more adjustable. Sometimes I like to lean back a little to work and the armrests can't tilt down any further, but this is common in chair design. Appearance: I bought the pink one, and the chair fits my office theme, but I think it's a little weird that the armrests are gray? Wish they were white to match the other plastic parts. Installation: I love pre-made furniture installation, and this chair is no exception. They provide all the tools, even the little white gloves. It takes about 30 minutes from unboxing to sitting in.

Highly recommended!just assembled this chair (super easy btw) and can say it's one of the most comfortable office chairs I've ever owned. The adjustable lower lumbar support is awesome and it conforms to my back really well. I love that the armrests fold up and can be stored under my desk when not in use. Being able to lean back and use the neck rest is also a big plus! Best of all, I think it's a very stylish design that looks great in my office. Highly recommended!

Stylish and suitable for a small home officeI needed a desk chair for my home office, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This chair works great. However, one thing you need to know when considering this chair is that it is more compact than most desk chairs. If you are larger, you may want to consider a larger chair. I am 5'10" and weigh 165 lbs, and this chair is perfect for me.

Nice chair, but...I'm a 20 year old college student and I have terrible sitting posture and I play a lot of games so chairs are very important to me. This chair was assembled fairly smoothly and the initial sitting feel was great. You can feel yourself sinking into the seat but not too deep which is really nice. The armrests can be tilted which is awesome because I always have a weird posture when I sit so this chair is perfect for me. However, there is one thing you have to know before buying this chair. This may be my fault but the back of the chair is not adjustable. What I mean by this is that you can't tilt the back of the chair forward like you can on a car seat. There is a ridge on the back of the chair that you can push back but it hardly helps. The headrest is also terrible because I have to lean back pretty far to get my head to touch the headrest. I want a headrest that stays against my head. I don't have to lean my head back to touch it. If I want to use the headrest, the chair would be very uncomfortable. The chair also feels wobbly and my previous chair was used for a long time and the gas rods would wear out over time and when I sit on the chair, the chair would fall to the ground because the gas rods no longer work. However, it takes years of wear and tear. Sitting in this chair, I feel like that will happen pretty quickly. Also, the color in the picture is much whiter than the real thing. It's kind of like a urine-colored white, which looks a little gross, but not that bad because it's not exactly that color. Another thing is that the crumbs actually get stuck in the little holes in the seat, so you can't wipe it out of the chair, they're really inside the chair. I'll leave a better review once I've used it for a while. If you're just looking for a nice chair and don't care too much about the details, this isn't a bad choice.

It worked for me!I bought this chair in November 2022 - I use it every day! I weigh 250 pounds and sit 4-6 hours a day! No problems at all! I feel like the real key to this chair is to take the screw covers off after assembly, use it for a week or two, and then tighten all the screws back up. I'll admit this chair doesn't feel the sturdiest, but for the price, it's hard to beat for me!

Magic ChairThis is a really good chair. It arrived on time with all the parts and very clear assembly instructions. I put it together myself in 20 minutes. I bought the black and white model. The lumbar support has a wide range of adjustment. The seat raises and lowers easily and stays in place very well. The tilt adjustment is good - you have to pull the lift handle to the right to tilt the seat, and if you push the lift handle to the left, the seat will not tilt. The armrests only adjust slightly forward and backward and can be lifted up without getting in your way. The seat has just the right firmness. I like the mesh back. I bought the model with the headrest; you can buy the chair without it and save about $25. The headrest is vertically and swivel adjustable.

That's enough for me.It was relatively easy to assemble and didn't take much effort. The chair itself is a little smaller than I expected, but I've read some other reviews that say the same. I'm 6' tall and weigh 260 lbs and it fits fine. It's not a recliner, but it's still fine. It looks like a more expensive chair and is reasonably comfortable.

This chair is worth it!! Although it is not perfect, it is still a 5 star rating!This chair is an absolute steal for the price!! That being said, it is not without its faults. The biggest one is the lack of adjustable armrests... Everything else about this chair is great, but it's almost unbelievable that the armrests don't adjust upwards at all. As a tall person, this is a serious downside for me and I have to live with it forever. And the footrest... isn't the best - it feels very flimsy and doesn't even lock into place. The best I can say about the footrest is that it's better than nothing. Also, as a tall person, I would like to be able to adjust the headrest up a bit, or even tilt it... but just like the armrests, the headrest is completely non-adjustable. This doesn't feel as bad as not having adjustable armrests, but it's still a bummer. But other than that, it's still super comfortable and I'd say it feels pretty high-end at this price point - so this chair is still a great value and I give it 5 stars. Assembly was quick and easy, and it came with extra screws and bolts (these extra parts weren't necessary, but felt like a nice safety net just in case). The pneumatic height adjustment of the chair was smooth and easy to use. It feels very stable and sturdy once assembled. And it fits me very well... on a taller, fatter frame. When assembled, you can also screw the armrests further outward to cheat a little in terms of the overall width of the chair itself. The chair also tilts back very well (although I found that it often falls completely backwards if you're not careful). I'll probably lock it in the upright position most of the time anyway, but the tilt is a nice option. All in all, I'm definitely keeping this chair and would be happy with it at this price point... God knows I've spent quite a bit of money on setting up a new office lately and had to make some concessions in terms of the overall cost of this project. If you want the absolute best quality office chair, this may not be the one for you - it's not without its faults, and to some extent I have to remind you that "you get what you pay for". But in my humble opinion, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better office chair for around $200.

Great chair, especially at this price pointthink this chair is just perfect. I'm 5'2" and 100 lbs by the way. It was easy to put together myself. I love the peachy color, which goes with my modern bohemian cottage style. I live in a small space and work at a dining table, so a chair with folding arms is essential. I know some people have complained about the built in lumbar support (with some adjustability) - but I really like it. I'm not sure how durable the cushions and fabric will be, but it looks durable enough. Oh, and it also rocks/reclines, which I didn't realize when I bought it and I love that feature. All in all, it really exceeded my expectations for quality, looks beautiful in my space, and is comfortable to use all day. I have no complaints!

OK, but a little smallWhy did you choose this product over others? : Didn't expect it to be so small. It's almost like a kid's chair. It's comfortable, just very compact. This size is totally fine if you want it for your bedroom. My office space is in another part of my home, and I like to have a small desk and chair in my bedroom for personal web browsing and paying bills, so it's perfect for those purposes, but I definitely wouldn't use it for an 8-hour workday. If you have curvy hips, you won't like this chair. But if you're looking for a smaller, no-frills chair that doesn't take up a lot of space, it's still good. The screw holes are fine, except that there are probably one or two holes that could be drilled better, but overall it's not a big deal. Also note that I'm only 5'5" (about 1.75 meters), so I'm not tall, but I feel a little tall sitting on it, haha.

AmazingLove this chair so much! It can be used as an everyday chair, a gaming chair, or an office chair. The fabric is soft and comfortable, like velvet, but the look is special. The chair itself is very comfortable in all modes, whether upright or reclined, and is very sturdy. It stands upright and reclined all the way and can hold about 315 pounds. It has a footrest, which is really the only downside I found to this chair. It is a bit hard to pull out and doesn't feel sturdy, but it stays upright and holds a lot of weight. I was hesitant to buy it before because of the price, but for the price, this is the best chair I have ever bought. Love this chair so much. Highly recommend to plus size people who are looking for a chair!

Gray ChairThis chair was easy to assemble, the grey is the perfect color, and it's also interchangeable. It's very comfortable to sit on and can be perfectly reclined. Depending on the type of floor you're using, either way is fine as long as you don't plan on walking briskly. The height is just right for my desk and it's easily adjustable, overall, would recommend.

Great chair, well worth the purchase!Great chair for the price. The chair took about 15 minutes to assemble (in the office). I don't understand the reviews that say it took an hour to assemble. I'm a 38 year old female and fairly handy. The instructions were clear. The chair doesn't have any odor (other reviews complained about a strong smoke smell - I assume it was from smokers who returned the chair and the person who returned it received it second hand). The chair is solid and comfortable! All in all, a great purchase!

If you don’t like buying chairs but need a good one, this is really a great choice!I've had my fair share of office chairs over the years, and in general, I've come to dread the experience of buying a new one. However, in the few weeks I've used it, I've been pleasantly surprised by this chair. It's lightweight, sturdy, and fits in perfectly with my workspace both physically and aesthetically. The fabric is breathable, so I don't get sweaty legs and back from sitting for long periods of time, and I'm very comfortable because the lower back support actually works, unlike some other chairs that claim to have this feature but fail to deliver on its usability. My favorite feature, though, is that it tilts very smoothly forward and backward, like a rocking chair, but without the drawback of taking up space (and, for cat owners, without the obvious danger to their appendages!)

WinnerThis is my third chair and the best! The cushions are very comfortable to sit on all day. The removable armrests were the main reason I chose this chair and are the best part! I can adjust the angle of the armrests which is not available on other chairs. The wheels work great and I keep the chair cushions on the carpet. It has features that not all task chairs havePurchased in early May 2025. There was some kind of one-day flash sale going on. I don't pay much attention to costway deals, but I've been waiting to get a chair and this was my best chance. I haven't bought a new office chair in years and just started an online education program with a lot of learning to do, so now seemed like a good time. As I write this, I've only had it for a little over a month, so it's unknown how durable it is. I'm a big guy, so we'll see how durable it is. I was going to give this chair a 4.5, but the ratings I saw were all round numbers, so I gave it a 4. If it's still easy to clean and durable after a year, it should be a 5 instead of a 4. There's no reason to lower the rating yet. It's just starting to get used. It was easy to assemble. All the parts are included with the tool. It even has a few extra bolts and so on to make sure it has enough accessories. It probably took 30 minutes max to assemble. I wanted a task chair instead of an executive chair because I like to sit upright at my desk. It has adjustable lumbar support, but I haven't adjusted it yet. The "pink" one was the cheapest because it was on sale. Price was important to me and this chair is in my home so if color could save money, it would have worked. It has a white frame and the fabric looks more peachy to me than pure pink. At least, it's not a bright pink. The armrests seem to show dirt easily because of the lighter color. I specifically picked two work chairs. First, the backrest needed to have tension adjustment to allow the chair to "rock". The tension adjustment is a nice touch. Second, the armrests needed to be able to lift up and out of the way. I play guitar so sitting in an armchair would have been inconvenient and/or would have damaged my guitar. The armrests can be lifted up and completely stowed away when needed. But there is a downside to this. This means that structurally the armrests are attached to the back of the chair rather than the legs, so a larger guy like me has to be careful to use the armrests as support to adjust my sitting position or get up. All in all, I found a chair that is still worth the money even at the normal price. It is suitable for sitting for long periods of time, and it also has two features that other office chairs do not have: the backrest can be adjusted and the armrests can be raised or folded up.

Amazingly comfortable and easy to assemble - Excellent lower back supportwas pleasantly surprised by how easy this chair was to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow, and all the tools and parts were included, so I easily assembled it in about 15 minutes. The most outstanding feature is the lumbar support. I've tried several office chairs before, and few offer as much lumbar support as this one. The adjustable lumbar pad naturally conforms to the curve of my spine, which is very effective when sitting for long periods of time. It's firm but not stiff - just enough to maintain a good sitting posture without being uncomfortable. The mesh backrest is breathable, which helps air flow, especially on warm days. The headrest and armrests are fully adjustable to suit your height and personal preference. I also appreciate its smooth 360-degree swivel and quiet rollers that glide easily even on hardwood floors. All in all, this chair strikes a perfect balance between comfort, functionality, and price. Very comfortable and adjustableThis chair is lightweight but very sturdy and well balanced. I am 76 years old and comfortable back support is very important. I find this chair very comfortable and the height adjustment is very easy. I rarely use my laptop now, but I spend a lot of time in the chair when watching TV in the bedroom and still find it very comfortable. The back of the chair is also adjustable for easy reclining. I feel this is a very good purchase.

Office ChairThis chair has a nice style and is very comfortable to sit in, I really like the lumbar support and the comfortable cushion feel, I can sit in the chair all day, and it is also very easy to assemble, it can be done in about 30 minutes, use a portable drill with a hex head to assemble, you will install about 25 screws, and use its box as a workbench when installing it, which makes it easier.

Lounge chair.The lumbar support on this chair has been great for my back during long work hours. The footrest is great for when I need to lean back for a bit. The recline feature is also very reliable. Assembly was very easy, took me about 20 minutes just to put the parts together - and it holds up very well. The armrests feel a little narrow if you have broad shoulders, but the leather looks very trendy and cool. Great value for money!

Affordable, high-quality chair with a low backAs expected, I bought this chair because it fits my height (5'8") and it also relieves my lower back pain. It fits my waist very well. The colors are great too (available in black and white). After a month of use, the headrest, seat, and armrest pads now feel very comfortable. However, its sturdiness is the reason for my 4-star rating for a few reasons: the design and construction of the armrests need to be improved, as they squeak and feel like they will break when I press them with both hands when I get up, and the lumbar adjustment also needs to be improved, as it is difficult to adjust. However, the lumbar support itself fits my lower back well, which is crucial, so I am thankful for that. As for leaning back to relax, the functionality is not very good (such as the locking and unlocking lever under the chair). I wish the chair would lock when I lay back, but I have to press the ground with my toes to stay in the reclined position. I need a leg rest to do this. Overall, this is a great chair and fits... price, color, durability, and my waist, it's all right. Just needs some modifications to be perfect.

It works great in my space.For the price, this office chair is very durable. I put it on a carpet so it's hard to tell how noisy it is when moving, but it's very comfortable to sit on. But how much weight can it handle? I also had issues with attaching the backrest with the screws, but if you follow the instructions in the manual closely, you won't have a problem. I got the color I wanted and it's very lightweight.

Comfortable chairMy husband uses this chair as his office chair while working from home. He loves it, it is comfortable and sturdy. There is a light odor to the chair that goes away after a day or two. I am very sensitive to smells and I don't think most people can feel it... I am very happy with how quickly the smell dissipated. Very happy with this purchase.

The most affordable luxury chair!This chair was worth all the work we put it together! It's very comfortable to sit on, and it rolls on the carpet like butter...! I'm very impressed/happy with it. Most of the assembly process was quick and easy. We just had a hard time getting it to fit because one of the holes in the back didn't line up with the handle, but we got it right in the end. It's very sturdy, has great lumbar support, is comfy, and is a good size with plenty of room to move around. Highly recommend!

ComfortableI've had this chair for about two weeks now, I bought it for myself as a graduation present, and it's honestly been awesome. Last week I was hospitalized for kidney stones and had to have a stent inserted. It was extremely painful to sit upright while recovering, but this chair has been a life saver. It reclines to almost any angle, so I can adjust to the most comfortable position without adding extra pressure. The footrest is a great accessory that keeps my body relaxed and less painful. If you're looking for a supportive, adjustable, and truly comfortable chair, I highly recommend this one. It has made a huge difference in my comfort level on a daily basis.

Great chair - but not particularly wideThe chair is great quality! It was very easy to put together. The seat doesn't snap into the base and it falls off when you lift the chair - but that's just a minor annoyance. It doesn't affect the use of it as far as I can tell. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is that it's targeted at "tall" people. I wear a size 16/18 female. Fat but not overweight. I just have a lot of junk in my trunk, you know what I mean (big butt, haha). So I went with a bigger chair that I thought would be more comfortable. And it is. It fits me perfectly. My sides almost touch the chair, but they still do. I worry about my super fat friends buying this chair and expecting it to fit. I would say if you're 220-250 pounds or more, don't get this. As for height, this chair definitely fits my tall friends! I can lift the seat up and sit down like a kid sitting on a kitchen chair at grandma's house, haha. My feet barely touch the ground, so if you're tall, I'd recommend 5 stars! I really wish the armrests were adjustable too. Otherwise taller people might not be happy with it either. The armrests are too low for me (I'm 175cm tall) and more like armrests, haha. My elbows can't touch them unless I lean to the side. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it - just not for those taller than me.

Great chair - if you don't use it as a lounge chairAs a result, this chair has a rating of about 4 stars on costway, which honestly seems fair—especially when you realize it costs less than a tank of gas in California. Let’s keep expectations in check for a minute: You can’t get executive-level build quality for less than $40. Many of the negative reviews say their chair broke, and—surprise!—it’s probably because someone leaned back like in a movie theater recliner. This chair isn’t for lounging; it’s for sitting at a desk and pretending to work. People also complain about assembly: “the bolts don’t match up,” “they’re stripped,” and there’s even a video showing that. But the instructions clearly say not to overtighten the bolts. If you torque them like you’re building a battleship, of course you’ll strip the bolts. Most of these issues sound like user error. People didn’t bother to read the instructions, broke their chair, and then put the blame on the product. Follow the instructions, use it as intended, and this affordable chair does its job well indeed.

Very comfortable, really wish I had bought another one when it was on sale!I'm really happy with this chair! It was relatively easy to put together on my own, taking about 15 minutes, but it would have been easier if I had someone to help me put on the back. The base feels very sturdy and all the parts look well made. From the pictures, I thought the fabric would be more like car upholstery than the soft, velvety texture it actually is, but I didn't mind it at all. Although I have cats, this chair seems to attract cat hair more than other fabrics. It's super comfortable and has a wide range of height adjustment (I'm 5'9", but I think the maximum height should be fine for taller people). The seat is very soft and supportive, and I didn't feel my feet getting numb even when I sat cross-legged on it. I usually have to buy soft wheels separately, so it's great that this chair comes with wheels! If there is a downside, it's that the plastic brakes on the wheels are a bit sharp.

Although there are some problems, it is still a good chair overallWhile it was fairly simple to assemble, the screw caps were too tight to fit into the holes and would pop out no matter how hard I tried. I also have a chipped and peeling arm on one arm of the chair. Personally, it's not worth returning. Also, the design of the chair is not great for someone with arthritis. Edited 5/22 The back of the chair may be comfortable, but for me, it's not comfortable to work without support. The customer service was very nice and we found a satisfactory solution.

Beige is right there!For some reason, the beige or "white" color of this chair is priced about $20 less than its brown and black counterparts. Great Stool for Sports/ADHD Focusbought this stool for my office and use it for myself and clients. We love the variety of activities it allows for as it helps me stay focused and engaged while I'm working. I'm still getting used to it so my butt still hurts if I sit for more than an hour and a half (which is actually a good thing since I'm standing up to work). If I had a bigger office I would buy a few more of these stools.

Resolved my back painhad terrible back pain from working at a desk all day and this product completely solved it. I was previously using a sit-stand desk so was constantly alternating between standing and an ergonomic chair but it was still uncomfortable. This is a joke but the added bonus is that it's actually really fun and I found myself bouncing around all day. Some reviews mention that it takes a while to get used to and that sitting for long periods of time is uncomfortable but I had no such issues at all and if anything it was that I got so comfortable that I forgot to stand up. Highly recommend. Note: I was concerned about the casters and bouncing compatibility before, this product is 100% compatible and very well designed.
