Functional for price arrived brokenproducts, I ordered two, both arrived broken. The feet that are plastic disks on a long nail were already in pieces. The fabric top is cheap, but so is the price. I did not want to deal with returns so I just removed all the plastic feet. The cubes are fine on the floor as a footrest/ blanket holder.

This is a sturdy, well made, attractive small ottoman and it works great in my officeThe ottoman looks great, much better than you would expect for the money. It is sturdy but light, and easy to move around. If I moved it a lot, I would put some wheels on it, but I don't. The padding is sufficient, the color blends well with most modern office or study colors.

Perfect size!I set this between two chairs in my living room and put a serving tray on top. So now we can use it to storebooks and magazines and also set drinks and snacks on top. It is just the right size and looks expensive.I have seen similar ones in furniture stores foe more than this one. We have not put a lot of weight on it so I don'thow much it will support but it works just fine for our needs and looks great!

Great value, does its job well, and looks good whole doing itLet's get one thing out of the way: don't buy this if you're expecting to get a $150 ottoman for $49. A close examination shows the compromises you'd expect to see in an inexpensive but perfectly good version of the full grain leather, heavy wood frame, fancy hinges, and generally perfect ottoman we all wish we could afford.The wood frame seems be made of 1-1.5 inch wood and feels well put together and sturdy enough to seat a 200+ pound person. It wouldn't be wise for anyone to jump or bounce on it or use as a step stool, because the middle of the top would surely sag and the cushioning on the top is just soft enough to make standing on it unsafe. At 16" square it looks smaller than what I thought I needed, but it turns out that the top is level with my sofa cushion, so it's perfect, but probably too small if you need your feet elevated. I love the light weight, and the feet keep it in place but slide with little effort.The top is level enough to accommodate my bad habit of eating while sitting on the sofa. The PU leather is even and smooth and I can't feel thin spots or other defects. PU leather isn't as strong or durable as actual full grain leather, but if treated decently can last for years. Still, if you scratch, cut, or scuff through the waterproof coating and get the PU leather wet the material will be weakened and tear easily.The stitching on the lid is even and tight except for one set of three stiches that stick out a millimeter or two. I found one thin white line an inch or so long next to one row of stitches that I easily wiped off by rubbing it with a dampened finger. I didn't find any other marks or imperfections in the leather. The hinges look solid and well attached to the frame. The strip of PU leather that keeps the lid from falling back looks fine; I wouldn't test it by leaning hard on it, though I can't imagine why you would. The interior is lined with a thin black fabric that seems stitched and glued to the frame. It will probably tear if it comes into contact with sharp edges, so don't expect to store tools or anything sharp in it. I will use it for a blanket and an extra cushion, so I don't expect any problems.Overall this ottoman looks good, is well made, and does its job perfectly, but it's not a luxury item. But if you're like me, you'll be happy to find a good looking seviceable piece of furniture at a price that won't break the bank.

As I use it to raise my legs whilst sitting, I've noticed edge of cushioned top wrinkles and depresses and doesn't return to original shape after use. However, I am happy to have it regardless as it is great handy storage and practical piece of furniture.

I love this. I bought it for my bathroom storage ...I love this. I bought it for my bathroom storage toilet rolls, cleaning stuff. and a seat to sit on in bathroom as I have a very small bathroom and this doubles up as seat and storage and no-one any the wiser that it is storage inside.. Somewhere to dry yourself off after bath or shower and sit and do your nails etc. my bathroom is grey and pink and white and this goes well.

Best Pouffe Find - Reasonable Cost too!Bought this for my son to use in his lounge as he had leather suite and wanted to put his feet up in comfort while he played XBox (of course!) This is a great item. Really well made, came ready to use and well packed. Has strong chain attached to lid so makes it easy to put something inside or take things out well finished too inside. I will probably get another one for myself as it is such a good pouffe. I looked for a long time around in shops and they all seemed so flimsy especially as you had to put them together yourself didn't seem strong enough for purpose. Great item.

Very surprised!Expected a " cheap and cheerful" solution as the price is relatively inexpensive but very surprised by how well this is made, and looks great too.Storage is great - plenty of space for remote controls, magazines etc. Ours is used mainly as a additional seat in the lounge and is absolutely perfect - very sturdy and well made.

Real qualitybought this to replace one of those fold away ones which lasted no time at all. This is so much better, real solid build my use is as a computer chair so gets a lot of use. Lots of storage and the seat if we'll padded and comfortable too. Highly recommend. I wish they did the same one in a longer size.
