The rack is of a good solid aluminium construction that can hold a fair weight once mount properly with Allen key grub screws to adjust tightness of the hinges and a good thick powder coating to protect the metal, the hooks can slide from side to side easily enough to hand your items and when not in use you can push the rack up to have it flat against the wall to have it out of the way but you may have to tighten the grub screws to get it to hold up in place properly first as they may be too loose to hold it up, all in all a good item for the price and very useful, especially for small bathrooms. Comes with the mounting adhesive and the screws and plugs to mount it both ways and caps to go over the screws to make it look neater. All in all a very good purchase and from previous experience the customer service is of a good standard and try to help out as best as possible while been fair.
