Waist protective and lightweight.The 5cm thickness provides good protection for the back and waist. My daughter and I both like to exercise on it. It's not heavy. Very easy to store and carry.

Perfect for under our gymnastics barThis mat fits perfectly under the gymnastics bar I got my daughter. It covers the hard metal base bars and fits right between the side bars. I was worried 4" thick would be too squishy but it's perfect. She can use it for back kickovers and other skills easily too.
