Well made and great sizeBrought this for my 4 year old daughters room so I could make her a calm down space when She gets over emotional and anxious. I put some lights inside for her and it’s perfect. She loves it so much and to be honest it’s very cosy inside. Hopefully this will last her a few years. Would definitely recommend.

The frame could be betterThe frame could be sturdier, the wood looks fragile and after 1 week on my kid’s hands they already broke one of the main wood bars. Otherwise is a very sizeable kids house and great

Smiling GranddaughterMy granddaughter absolutely loves her new reading tent. She was surprised to wake up to this beautiful pretty tent. We draped some lights on it and loaded it up with her stuffed animals. Very well made, easy to put together and it is pretty!

Best tent!I love this tent!! I had purchased another brand of tent for my 2.5 year old to play in, but I ended up returning it and purchasing this tent instead. I am so glad I did! For one thing, the wood frame makes this tent feel MUCH sturdier. I also love the Velcro (as opposed to a zipper, which the other one had). The Velcro did make it a little more difficult to assemble, it would have helped if the directions had been more clear about which part to put on the frame first. Overall though I am glad it has Velcro because it makes for a more snug fit for the fabric. Finally, I LOVE this this one comes with a mat. The other one didn’t have any mat or anything and I searched high and low for something to put down on the floor. I also like that the netting in front is permanently attached to the rest of the fabric. The other tent did not have that, and plus, the netting was way too long. This tent is also slightly wider, which is nice. It’s a big tent, big enough that my son and I can comfortably fit in it together. I tried to get better pictures of the inside but oh well.
One last thing about the first tent I got was that my son was actually kind of scared of the characters printed on the fabric. He said the astronauts looked like robots and he was too afraid to sleep it in. This plain blue is much better and now he actually will sleep in it! Seems silly to us adults but for my two year old, it was a deal breaker. So, for all these reasons, I’m extremely pleased with this purchase. I am glad I spent the extra $20 to get the nicer tent. I should have just bought this one to begin with, but you live and you learn. It may seem like a lot of a tent, but it’s definitely worth it in my opinion.
The only real downside to this purchase was how long it took to arrive. When I first ordered it, it said it was going to take an entire week to get here. Annoying, but whatever, not that big of a deal. Then it ended up being 2 days late, which wouldn’t have been so bad, except that meant it was coming on the weekend. I live in a locked building, so I purposely avoid having anything sent here on the weekend because delivery people can’t get it in. I ended up waiting outside for the UPS guy for an hour so I didn’t miss the delivery. It was still worth it though.
I ended up buying some zip ties and a string of lights with a remote. I strung up lights on the inside of the tent and secured them to the frame with the zip ties. I think this will be fun for years to come.Posted on

For anyone asking if a crib mattress will fit: see my pictures. It does fit pretty well. The end sticks out a little but it’s not a big deal. I had the standard size (for the US anyway) crib mattress that I moved from the crib to the tent (with room to spare). I plan on using this as my sons bed for when my mother comes to visit (since we only have two bedrooms, she usually takes the twin bed and my son was in his crib, but now that he’s in the twin bed, this is my back up sleeping arrangement).Posted on

Beautiful and sturdy playhouseUnlike many other playhouses, this one has wooden poles which make it a lot sturdier. Was relatively easy to assemble and was as beautiful as the advertising photos. The inner base is like a quilt so makes a really cosy den for a little one to chill or play in. It is a little larger than we expected despite us measuring beforehand but this does mean there’s plenty of room for 2 or 3 children to play in.

So cute and big!This thing is huge! I can easily fit inside with my daughter and like 10 of her stuffed animals. It was also a huge hit. Super easy to set up. Since the poles aren't marked, it's easiest to sort them all out by size and go from there. The hardest part was getting the bottom on. The Velcro kept sticking to the carpet, but that was user error. I should have done that part on the hardwood.

Very Awesome!I bought this for my 10 YO daughter. It is so awesome! It is big, roomy and sturdy!! I cannot think of one negative thing about this tent. It has a pad for the bottom, Velcro to seal the bottom to the top tent. She can stand up in it and she is pretty tall. Definitely recommend it to anyone with a younger child for their own space.

nice productMy children love this play tent (ages 6,4 and 2) and I don't mind it sitting in my house because it's all cream and pretty to look at. Fits my house decor and is cute! Was easy to assemble and fairly sturdy. The size is generous too. I really like how the canvas tucks under the base to keep it in place.

Super easy setup and absolutely gorgeous play tentI had one of those pop up play tents for my daughter but it got holes in it the first day. I was searching for something stronger and I found this one. My daughter helped me put it together in twenty minutes. Once the frame was together, we tied on the padded blanket and then turned it on its side. That made it easier to attach the bottom part. Once it was around it we put the top part in and pressed the Velcro together. Voila. We turned it right side up and my daughter was so excited. She immediately grabbed all her stuffed animals and is spending so much time hanging out in her beautiful tent.
