A year later.....still going strong after long hours and daily use!I'm writing a review as its been over a year since I bought it and was just sat down thinking to myself how great its been and how spongy and comfortable the seat is still after so much use.;I work from home and use this chair considerably and I am quite a heavy guy. Even so, this chair is as comfortable as the day I bought it back in Jan 2024. There are still no signs of wear and the seat is showing no signs of going flat like a lot of my previous chairs have. Usually after a year or so the foam loses its bounce and it becomes uncomfortable, but this seems like it must be very good quality foam.;The PU leather is not showing any signs of cracking and is in perfect condition despite daily gripping of the armrests to get in and out of the chair. This is usually where I see the surface wear the most, but no, the foam in the arm rests is still as bouncy as the day I bought it.;I have fallen asleep many times in this chair at the end of a long day and sometimes woken up hours later wondering what day/time/year it is as its so comfortable.;This chair supports a lot of weight and despite long hours of use every day for the past year, its held up extremely well and still looks brand new. The swivel mechanism is still perfect with no squeaking or wobbling. Its rock solid!;I can see this chair lasting me a long time but if for any reason I need to buy another, I would 100% without any reservation, buy this chair again and hope that its still being sold and in stock when I need it.;One other thing to mention is that the chair is nice and wide!;If you are looking for a very comfortable, spacious chair that can take a lot of weight but also will last you a long long time whilst being rock solid and very resistant to wear, I would highly recommend this office chair to anyone reading this. Definitely give it a go as you will not regret it.

Big comfy chair that will not leave you spareExtremely comfortable and robust. Great back support and height adjustment. Reclining ability is limited to tilt function. No squeaky noises or issues.

Sturdy well made and comfortable chairUsed daily for the last 6 months, very sturdy design, comfortable with no rips or loose stitching.;Very happy with this chair colour says brown looks black.;Requires 2 people to assemble but easy overall;I would without hesitation buy this chair again more so now as it's approx. £20 cheaper than I paid......

Super comfortableAs a bigger person it is important to feel supported, especially when working at your desk all day. This chair fits the bill. Really solid base. Seat supports in all the right places, and no worries it will collapse

It's big and sturdy, but I overlooked the non-adjustable backrestThis is a large, solid chair, perfect for the larger person. Of course, I'm not large height-wise (more of a ball), and I was worried at first, as my feet didn't comfortably reach the floor, and I thought I may need to return the chair. It turned out the centre pillar wasn't inserted in the base quite far enough, and once it dropped properly into place, that resolved the short-legs issue.
The other problem for me is tricker to resolve. I have the kind of bad back that makes it difficult to sit in any other position than bolt upright as if I'm on a throne, and I hadn't realised the backrest was non-adjustable (is attached to the armrests). It means I'll need to get a back-support cushion of some kind, which is fine. This chair was £100 less than my previous one, and it's so much more comfortable.
I assembled the chair on my own, and it was straightforward, but anyone struggling with dexterity might need a second pair of hands to hold pieces in place.Posted on

The most comfortable chair ever in the history of goat herding!What an amazingly comfortable chair. It's solid, stable, and ever so comfortable. More comfortable than I can express in words. Expressing it in interpretive dance might well be a better way of achieving this, but the chair is so comfortable I would rather not get up out of it. It was easy to assemble, even two left-handed me managed to do it with no problems. I did have the assistance of a gay man holding the back in place whilst I put the screws in. I don't think a gay man is necessary, so don't worry if you haven't got access to one.
Now you might be wondering what this chair has to do with goat herding, allow me to explain. Before I bought this chair, I had another chair. It was pink. It was wobbly. The gas lift would raise or lower as it saw fit. It might have been haunted, and that's where the confusion started. My daughter said, “has it got ghosts?” I misheard and thought she said goats. So from that time on it was the goats that did it.Posted on

Good size, comfy.Easy to assemble, looks good, nice wide seat, back is high enough.
Tested by my 20 stone 6'3" male companion, says it's well padded and very comfy.
Casters supplied look like the "standard" type, used the heavy duty castors we bought for the old chair, he likes to lean well back and standard castors don't tend to last long!Posted on
