Not recommended if you enjoy your back.Well padded and easily enough put together; lacks some functionality considering the price. Hardware feels cheap.;This aside, I bought this chair because of long term back pain that was recovering and getting better. This chair absolutely made it worse to the extent I could not walk/work properly and ended up having to completely remove it from my life. As soon as I did, the pain disappeared and I recovered again. I do NOT recommend this chair, even for those without back issues, as this will cause major problems in your lumbar region long term.

You get what you pay for.Had this chair just over 2 years. Gas cylinder has collapsed, so has the seat padding. It's cheap but expected a bit more use from it.

A bit disappointedQuite a good looking chair which was relatively easy to put together. It is not as comfortable as I thought it sounded to be in the description. The back is supportive and the foam seat is nice and wide, but I feel the foam in the seat is not as dense as it sounded to be so therefore not that supportive nor comfortable, especially for an heavier framed person.

Cushy seat and long pistonVery good cushion and currently feels very comfortable. A massive plus is the length of the piston. I'm over six feet tall, and this has been the best one I've had without having to buy one separately. The arms are made of plastic, so it's best not to put all your weight on them when standing up. Aesthetically, it's a nice chair and fulfils our current goals with a work chair.

Very comfortable, plenty of padding.Very easy to assemble, took less than 10 minutes. Padding feels nice and plump and the support for the lower back area fits perfectly for me, the material covering is far superior to that horrid plastic leather stuff so many companies use these days for chairs. Whilst the back rest is high enough for me to lean back and support my neck, taller people over 5ft8 might find it lacks support for them. The tilt function is great, nice for relaxing with a cup of tea and watching videos. Glad I purchased this after so many bad experiences with poor quality office chairs.

Comfortable but design flaws mean it will fail soon after warranty expirationWhy did you choose this product over others?:;It looked to fit the job fantastically, and it did until the problems started. It was comfortable, roomy, spacious. Unfortunately, when the short yearlong guarantee ended, problems started happening.;While sitting in the chair, at a recline, pondering a work issue, the chair suddenly tilted way beyond usual tolerances and did not return to upright status. This was barely 4 months from the year anniversary of purchasing a non-inexpensive chair. It was clear from inspection that something had snapped in the framing of the chair.;Then two days ago, on 2nd July 2025, 18 months from purchase, one of the legs completely separated from its caster wheel socket. The caster wheel didn't come out, the entire socket snapped away from the leg. Investigation shows three tiny weld spots so this is an issue that appears to be designed into the product.;It was a comfortable chair so I reached out to the seller only to be rebuffed in terms of warranty which proved the point. This is not a product designed for the long term.;When evaluating the price, think: "Is this a price I'd be happy to pay for a chair like this each and every year?";The answer, for me, is no. I most definitely would not have bought this chair if I knew it was going to become unusable so quickly after the warranty expired.

Comfiest office chair I've ever sat inWe purchased this for an employee returning to work after a surgery, so they needed some additional cushion over the regular office chairs we have. This one is extremely comfortable, and feels really high quality. You have the standard cushion in the base and back, and then on top you have the pockets of additional soft cushion. The arm rests are well padded too. The mechanisms of the chair feel really robust too, the recline can lock in at any position. Easy to assemble, highly recommended. I've had countless people asking me for a link to it now and I'm tempted to buy one myself!

Sooo comfortableReally happy with this chair. Been using a dinning table chair for the longest time while working from home, and was searching high and low til i came across this chair. It is so comfy and cosy to sit on, and feels like it will last a good while. The colour matches perfectly with the rest of my furniture so extra happy about that. Was fairly easy to put together but does need two people for the last part of assembling.

Good chair but take noteThis is a comfortable and nice looking chair. But note some issues.
First, at its lowest height setting it might be still too high for some people. I'm 5 ft 7 inches and needed a foot stool to use it.
Second, the arm rests are fine, but they're made of plastic which is a lower quality compared to the rest of the chair.
Third, it feels a bit overpriced. I had a large black leather office chair prior to this and it was cheaper than this.
Lastly, even though it is comfortable, the cushion is sections might leave pressure points on your legs.
I am keeping it even though it has some negative issues.Posted on

Great Comfortable Office ChairFor the most part, this chair is extremely comfortable and far more comfortable than the competition at this price or any other chair at this price range that i've owned in the past.
If I could, I would give this chair 4.5 stars instead of 5 stars but I will give it 5 stars because I don't think it would be fair to give it a 4 stars and diminish the rating.
I will highlight the following minor issues that I believe people should hear before buying.
1) The chair does squeak a little bit when in the stationary position when the chair is locked into the upright position but I have found that the squeak disappears when the adjustable lever is unlocked to allow the chair to fully recline. Although i'm sure the squeak could be sorted by using WD40 or a lubricant of sorts on the components.
2) The chair would be much better if the recline setting only enables the back of the chair to recline because the recline actually tilts back the whole chair and not just the back seat.
3) The armrests are definitely not as comfortable as the the padding used in the rest of the seat and after a while you will see dents in the foam of the armrests after certain periods of time which is not a major issue but you will definitely notice it. I think this attention to detail might be due to saving costs.
4) The back seat of the chair will not be tall enough for most people who want this chair for head rest support but for me personally this isn't much of an issue.
I think the part of this chair I like the most is that as someone who uses the computer all day for studies, you can sit on it all day and not have any back pain (however I am speaking as someone who doesn't have any underlying medical issues concerning their back). The padding is really thick and I can't see any other chair at this price offering anything close considering I spent weeks trying to find the perfect chair. Though the quality of the parts and the chair itself are not going to be anywhere near a chair worth £500 or more, it definitely feels luxury and I can see this lasting for many years to come as long as I keep good care of it.Posted on

Splendid chair - a bit awkward to put together.An excellent chair, very comfortable - not too soft, but very supportive. Time will tell how long it lasts but it seems sturdy so far. I chose the red one and it has a lovely deep, rich colour to it.
If you're putting it together on your own, make sure to turn the chair onto its side before aligning and screwing in the back cushion. (Be careful, it's a heavy base). This is much easier than trying to screw the back into the armrests while it's still vertical. It'll save a lot of time and stress. Otherwise you'll definitely need two people to get it done. There is nothing to rest the back cushion on while lining up the holes, so unless you have three arms it's a pain to do solo. Tipping the whole thing on its side made it much easier.Posted on

Not for everyoneI’m 6 foot 2 inches, and quite large. I also have issues with circulation (I’m very sensitive to shoes, mattress, and chairs), and tend to sit for hours with work on a computer. I got this chair after a lot of looking around, with high hopes, as I’d temporarily been on a chair that was too hard. When I got the chair, it didn’t sit right with me. The seat base was too long, between my backside and knees, so I didn’t sit right back into it, and it kind of squashed me up in the abdominal area. I tried sitting back on it, but that didn’t work for the computer work I was doing. My legs started feeling odd, with the padding underneath them. I tried adding cushions, adjusting the height of my desk, getting a foot stool. None of the adjustments worked. Finally, I gave up and decided to send the chair back. That was when my troubles began. The paperwork with Amazon was easy. However, the chair wouldn’t fully disassemble. The feet section, which is heavy and like the top of a hat rack, stayed together. I tried phoning Casart (no answer), and I tried following a YouTube video (no luck). I’d kept the box, but the parts would not now fit inside. So I sent back the main part of the chair in its old box, bought another box (which was very expensive due to the size), and returned the rest of the chair. For what I paid for that return alone I could have bought a smaller, lighter, half decedent cheap office chair. So, my advice is, if you are planning on getting this chair, you should probably be a big, tall person, over 6 foot five inches, with no circulation issues. You should not be someone who will sit upright or forward in it on a computer. Even then, you need to be certain before purchasing, because you want to avoid the return process.

Very good purchaseAs someone who sits in a chair for long durations at a time I'm quite picky when it comes to chairs. I wasn't expecting much when ordering this one however I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it is. It's extremely spacious compared to my old one (used to own a typical 'gaming chair' style) and very comfortable. I had zero issues assembling it and even after 3 months of using it daily it's still as comfortable as day one.
Originally I purchased this chair thinking it would last me a good few months before looking for a replacement however I suspect this chair will last me quite some time and I'd likely buy the same version again when the time comes.Posted on

LuxuryI have a terrible spine , classed as disabled and this chair allows me to sit for approx 5 to 10 mins before I'm in excruciating pain . My old chair I couldn't sit for more than 1 min so I'm so happy . For someone who hasn't got my back you would love it. My partner said its so comfy he wants it for work. Look lovely , handles lift up and go under my craft desk.

Possibly too comfyHad this chair for a couple of months now. It is extremely comfortable and the tilt back option makes it all too easy to take a nap. So far it has stood up to daily use by myself and the cats. All in all very happy with this chair just wish it wasn't so easy to fall asleep in

A bit expensive but very comfortableFor the longest time I had been sitting on a cheap gaming chair that wasn't really very good for my spine, this thing arrived today and I'm thoroughly impressed.
VERY easy to assemble (The instructions are in with the base although you won't need them)
Super comfortable, seriously I can feel my spine again..
Oh and it actually arrived when it was supposed to. No fooling around, just on time and ready to go.

Really comfortable for larger person like me.Assembly was a breeze. I've had many home office desk chairs over the years but this wins first prize. This has springs which have to be far better than layers of foam which collapse & flatten after a while. The Max Load of 300 lbs suits me as its likely to withstand the rigours of my bouncing in and out many times a day. It looks good in Grey too. So far so good, I'm impressed and pleased with my new chair.

Not just a chairWhere do I start..
This Chair is perhaps the most comfortable Chair that I have ever Owned,
and as I am 65yrs old, I have had a lot of chairs.
Assembling the chair proved to be a little difficult on my own, but that's probably down to me.
Once it was all put together, that's when I realised that I had made a good choice.
Its very sturdy, and looks great. and it is.
you can adjust it in many ways, to get the right balance for your personal comfort.
the cushions are well made, and they support you for many long hours.
I have noticed, that I am able to use the chair, with no aches and pains to speak of,
and that's very important, in fact I have fallen asleep in the chair more than a few times.
That's why I say, that its more than a chair, its like a bed.
But seriously.
The chair supports you in all the right places, and is very comfortable.
Everyone that I have allowed to try it, have all said how comfy it is,

189 wow expensiveNo instructions….plastic lower arm which holds the seat and back together which had scratches all over the screw holes and a few other scratches… however even with no instructions was easy to assemble on my own only took 10 minutes only had one day so far and is quite comfortable overall I’m happy with my new studio chair but I feel it’s overpriced at £189

Great ChairI must admit, I was really conerned on ordering this chair after reading some of the reviews, but I really like this chair. I have some back issues and I find this chair so comfortable. I am really pleased with this item considering I am working from home mostly and I use this all day, I dont' get stiff at all and the thickness of the seat cushions is just right. Really easy instructions to put the chair together too, didnt' even need my husband :)

I am 5.7ft female and took the 1 photo where you can see my feet off the floor when at maximum height so I think it has a good selection of heights. Using in office. Spent 3 days at desk this week and it was so spacious and comfortable. I also treat myself to a foot support which makes a huge difference.

BUY THIS CHAIR: you will not want anotherI do a lot of work from home and have had a few chairs over the years, including breathable ones for over £350. I have arthritis in my back lumbar and knees. Ive had this chair for 9months now and its as good as it was on the 1st day. The arms come up and do not get in the way of my mouse. Budget-friendly, back-friendly and comfortableI had terrible back pain and ended up seeing a Physio from sitting at a hard dining chair and needed to get an office chair instead. I looked at lots and felt that that this looked a bit more comfy than a standard office chair. I've had it for a number of months now and it's still just as comfortable as when I first bought it (I thought the puffy bits would go flat quickly but they didn't). I feel that my back is well-supported and it almost has an armchair feel about it. Good buy.
Negative Reviews - I had a look at the negative reviews saying that the back doesn't adjust. It doesn't say in the description that the back adjusts!? If you have your computer and table at a recommended height - eyes straight ahead etc. (I use a Laptop riser stand), then you can fit your back correctly into the chair, without the need to adjust it. Despite the reviews saying it only works for larger people, I'm a small person and can get it into this position, which has prevented a repeat trip to the Physio.Posted on

Better than the price suggestedI was pleasantly surprise buy this chair for approx £100. A bit tricky to fit the back with just one person, otherwise quick and easy to assemble. The fabric looks good out of the box although I suspect it may bobble with use. I wanted something that wasn’t pleather so it suits me. The seat and back are well padded, the rock has adjustable tendion and can be locked at any angle. I bought this as the arm fixture that connects the seat and back together is cast (aluminum?) rsther than plastic. I have experience of plastic ones snapping after 12 month of using the rock function a few times a day. The arms also flip up, although this means they creak alittle if you lean on the heavily. There is some lumbar curve in the backrest (my spine has none), but the back padding is compliant enough that it doesn’t feel aggressive.

Great chairThis chair is great - really big and cosy and quite comfortable. I say quite comfortable because initially it was super comfy but after a few weeks/months I feel like the seat is cont as comfy anymore. Still good enough to sit in all day though although for the price i would’ve expected it to last a bit longer. It also became very squeaky after a few weeks

Not bad but not greatThis chair is well made. The materials are good and the stitching is excellent. The swivel motion is nice and smooth. The assembly was pretty straight forward. I looked at other chairs before this that looked as if they had been thrown together. What lets this chair down for me is the comfort. In my opinion, it is nowhere near as comfortable as other reviews would lead you to believe, but this is just my opinion. If not for that, I would have rated it as 5 stars.

Comfy hobby chairI purchased this chair to sit on when using my sewing machine. It was important for me to have a solid, comfortable chair with moveable armrests, and a back support. This chair was one of the very few that met my needs and I am really happy with it. I was able to assemble it by myself (I am a 72 year old female) and every screw and fixture fitted in the slots perfectly. The chrome legs and beige padded fabric make it look quite a classy and expensive chair.

Back support not adjustableReally comfy chair but I didn’t realise that it doesn’t really recline. It rocks backwards but I can’t find a way to lock the back in any position including upright - if you push back it will rock back into recline but won’t stay there. It also is attached to the seat meaning when you rock back you have to push with your feet - you can independently move the back of the chair into a different angle. For the price I think you should be able to separately move the back and seat- even cheap office chairs usually have separate back and seat control. It’s very comfy but disappointing that it doesn’t have this important feature - which isn’t clear in the description.

Seams like for much bigger person thank I am, armchairs are far from each other, seat wide. It does look much better than typical gamer’s chairs, but I could not say anything special about it. After a half day of working at a pc, back hurts like hell. Considering to return and invest into something more professional.

Yes it is padded enoughIt seems the days where you can actually sit in a chair before you buy it are fading. So I've spent a fair bit of time looking for a chair online that looks like it's actually padded enough on the base. I really struggle in most chairs and given I need to be able to sit in this producing music for many hours it really needed to be good. Wow the padding is thick. Those little pillow looking bits you can see are like some weird gel material inside. Which is really comfortable. But there is further firmer padding underneath that and it really does feel good. The fact you can lock the recline wherever you want is awesome. The foldup arms are really useful. The seat is wide. The back padding is fantastic.
These kinds of chairs are now stupid expensive. But for the price I doubt this could be beaten.Posted on

Easily the most comfortable chair I've ever owned.TLDR (Too long, didn't read) at the bottom of the full review.
It's rare for me to leave a product review on Amazon, but honestly I felt like I had to with this one. Prior to this, I was using a Herman Miller Aeron which I paid about £600 for (it was second hand). Long story short, that chair had a fault and was semi-broken, so I spent some time looking around Amazon for a chair to at least get by. Whilst I've only had this new chair for a couple of days, the reaction of both myself and my family members that sat down in this chair was "Ahhhhhhhhhhh" - that's how comfortable this chair is.
To put it in to perspective, this chair is somehow vastly more comfortable than the Herman Miller Aeron. Whilst it doesn't necessarily have as many features and adjustment opportunities with the arm wrests and bits, I could literally fall asleep in this one from how comfortable it is. Also just to mention, the back support on this chair is also excellent (again, maybe not as much as some ergonomic chairs like the Aeron, but for £160 it's more than enough for me, and I've suffered from a bad lower back for years)
In terms of actually building the chair, I would say it's fairly standard for most chair builds you could expect. It comes with some very basic tools and some instructions (which as usual the instructions are pretty bad), but you'll likely find you won't even need to look at the instructions even once because of how obvious it is to build.
The chair's materials are nice. I did see another review on here saying that it felt 'premium' and whilst I do agree with that on the chair's seat and back, I can't say I agree with this one on the arms. The only complaint I have of this chair (at least so far), is that the padding on top of the arm wrests sounds like it 'peals away' when you put slightly too much pressure on the side of the arms. I wouldn't be surprised if the padding peals / comes off the arms themselves a few months down the line. But to be honest, for a £160 chair, if I have to superglue the padding back on to the arms in several months for now, I'm willing to pay that price for premium comfort, so it's really not a big deal in my opinion.
TLDR
Pros:
- Incredibly comfortable. Without a doubt the most comfortable chair I've ever used in my life, and I have tried a lot of different chairs, all the way up to expensive ones like a Herman Miller Aeron.
- Really good price for what you're getting. I paid £160.00 and I'd happily have paid double that for the comfort of the chair.
- Pretty easy to put together / build. Only took me about 15-20 minutes.
- Suited for 'bigger' guys - I'm 6ft and about 100KG and I don't feel cramped or anything.
- The chair can be lifted up quite a bit with the adjustment lever underneath which I was relieved about as my desk is quite high.
- Pulling the other lever to adjust the forward and back positioning is easy.
- Back support on the chair is actually surprisingly good.
Cons:
- The fabric/padding on the arms doesn't seem very strong. A slight amount of pressure on the side makes a sort of 'pealing away' sound - could be an issue down the line
- The chair doesn't go as upright as I would like it to. The side lever can adjust this, but even when adjusted, the chair doesn't lean forward as much as I would like, but it's not too noticeable and to be honest I'm already used to it.
- Back / lumbar support won't be anywhere near these expensive ergonomic chairs like the Herman Miller Aeron and other ones. But those ones are usually a minimum of 4x the price of this, so it's not exactly a shocker.
Overall, fabulous chair, incredibly comfy, reasonably priced and has a couple minor issues which again for the price aren't really a problem in my opinion. If you're in the market for a new chair, and like me you just wanted something comfortable for a change - stop looking around for other chairs and grab this one, you honestly won't regret it.
The last thing I will say is that as previously mentioned I've only had this chair for a couple of days now. So if anything drastic changes or any problems crop up, I'll modify the review, but for now, I'm incredibly happy.Posted on

Great Buy and I love this chairIve been wanting to review this chair for a while. Its been over a year since I bought this chair and as you can see in the pic (over six months of use), it is still in great shape. I haven't had any issues with it. The delivery was quick, the assembly was a little tricky but I'm good at DIY so, I found my way around. I think the important thing is that for the price I think this is a great chair. I use it daily between 2 and 6 hours.

It is quite a large chair so I suggest you look at the dimensions before you order. There are no squeaks or creaks and everything just works as it should. The tilt function can be locked in a place that suits, my last chair never had this feature. The arms fold up well out of the way and the support the chair provides is first rate.
All items arrived well packaged and have a quality feel to them. Chair was very easy to put together. Instructions very clear and I managed to build on my own in 30 mins. It is quite a high chair without raising it up. I am 6ft 4 and weigh 15 st in old money and back of chair comes up just above my shoulders so I am getting full support. This has made a huge difference to time spent sitting which is around 3 hrs. I think I could quite easily double that time no problem. Very pleased with purchase.Posted on

Best investmentThis chair is really easy to assemble - I did it by myself in less than half an hour and I'm not usually one to manage stuff like this! Self assembly furniture usually hates me but this chair... WOW.

Very wide too if your like me and like to tuck your feet up this has lots of room! Very easy to assemble I was able to do this alone. Very fast delivery too. Lovely colour and fabric, I went with beige. Arm rests are adjustable if you have a low table/desk and want to tuck the chair under. Expensive but you get what you pay for! If I had to moan it would be good if it lowered in height slightly more as I’m 5ft 2 and my tip toes just meet the floor. Would be perfect if your tall.

You get what you pay forI've bought many computer chairs over the years and have either been disappointed with the seat height or the lack of padding. So I decided to research my next purchase and settled on Costway. Sure, it was much more than I usually spend on a computer chair but boy was it worth it! The seat hight is perfect for me and the upholstery is absolutely luxurious. If you spend a good few hours a day sitting at your computer I couldn't recommend this chair highly enough to you. The only down point (and this is minor) is that I can't get the seat to recline which is okay because I wouldn't be using that function anyway. Oh, and at the time of purchase I could only get it in beige. No big deal.
Bottom line (if you pardon the pun). If you're in the market for a really comfy, height adjustable computer chair this is the one for you.Posted on

Not for short peopleI’m 5’5” tall and I have to scoot to the back of the seat to get all the way on this chair. Once I do, my toes barely touch the ground. And this is on the chair’s lowest setting.
The back part of the seat cushion is thicker than the front part of the cushion so it feels like I’m sliding off the whole time I’m sitting down unless I lean back. But when I lean back the chair goes slightly too far back so it feels precarious and therefore uncomfortable. My $200 chair from Staples (an insanely overpriced office supply chain) is 10x more comfortable than this chair.
Hopefully this was just an isolated incident, but there were no assembly instructions whatsoever. It’s a good thing I have experience putting together office chairs or I may have had a harder time putting this thing together.
All of that being said, it does feel well built. I do like that the arms fold up.Posted on

Too HIgh!I wanted this to be comfortable. My feet hardly touch the floor, I'm 5ft 7 and I have long legs. My back is killing me and I've been in the chair for 2 hours. My other chair was beat up and I threw it in the trash last night after I put this chair together. I ordered a different chair. I really didn't think that the height would be this dramatic.

It’ll do…I needed a high weight allowanceI am a full figured, curvy, overweight etc woman. There are very limited options out there for people over 250 lbs. I work at home on a computer all day and my chair was leather and had lost the chair padding and the rise function so I figured I’d get a new one. Like I said, it wasn’t easy to find a reasonably priced chair for my needs, plus I wanted the arms to raise for more hip room. As some others have said….I have a lotta junk in my truck and there’s absolutely no back support because of my butt! Lol. I get that’s my issue…but for others like me just know you’ll need to put a pillow behind your back. I also, as others, feel like I’m leaning forwards and don’t feel like I’m sitting in a relaxed position. I had to buy a foot rest also and that helps a bit make me feel less stress on my calves and feet to hold me up. I also had to drop the seat as low as it’d go to sit in it! Fatter person problem! I’m guessing average sized and small people wouldn’t have these issues. I think the chair overall is a good quality for the price. Will the fabric hold up, will the pillowing stay puffed up…I don’t know I’ve only had the chair for a week. One thing I haven’t figured out yet is the other handle…I think it’s to recline the back and then sit up straight but I couldn’t get it to work. That doesn’t matter to me cause I can’t even sit back enough to enjoy the back part. Overall I’d say it’s worth the price, seems well made and was very easy to put together myself. I have it on carpet and it does fine rolling as long as all my weight isn’t in the chair…not sure how else to explain that. I hope my words didn’t offend anyone, I’m overweight, I except it and hope my reviews help others like me when making decisions! The foot rest I got was a two tiered plushy memory foam one and I think it’s very comfy on the heels and feet. It’s a bit squishy and may break down over time but for now it works. Sorry I can’t remember the name of the company.

Like Working on my Couch!I was very nervous to order a desk chair from Amazon, but this was the best purchase I could have made! It is fluffy & comfortable. I tend to sit cross-legged & this has plenty of room to do so. The arms can be lifted up. The back is higher (I’m 4’10) so I can lean my head back. I LOVE this chair!!!

So comfortable … but quality could be betterI was looking for a chair that would be as comfortable to sit in as a sofa. That was my goal when shopping for this.

Not as comfy as I thoughtThis came with no instructions, but very few parts, so pretty easy to assemble. After seeing it, I thought it would be really comfortable. The lumbar is too low, so it just pushes out the butt area. This, in turn, makes it so you have to lean back to reach the rest of the back rest. For me to use the back, I have to be relaxing and not able to work on my computer. The arms move up and down, which I like. The base is great and moves easily. There is some weird feeling in the center of the seat pad, when I sit, it just feels...weird! The lowest setting is a bit higher than most other chairs. It looks great and can be rocked back and forth.

Pretty ComfortableThis chair was very easy to build, took no more than 25-30 minutes to assemble, Cushions are very squishy and it feels like you are sinking into the chair when you sit on it from how squishy they are. I'm 5'9, 297 pounds and this chair feels really sturdy to me, I would highly recommend getting new wheels for it to make it roll smoother depending on the floor material you have at home. Overall very happy with it and would recommend it for those iffy about a chair not having too many reviews.

Thick Padding, Comfortable, Made For A Wide Variety Of SizesI have an office chair, but hubby didn't have one. I wanted him to have a nice fluffy one that was extremely comfortable, especially since he fractured his back last year and it's still recovering. This one not only has a plush seat, it also has a tall plush back as well. The seat height is adjustable and the backrest is adjustable from 108 to 125 degrees. It has 5 caster wheels that glide smoothly. A feature I like is that the armrests can be pulled up making it easier to slide under the desk. While hubby is half the max capacity weight, it is good that it can accommodate up to 400 pounds. This is more his style than mine, but I have dosed off in it a couple times. The important thing is that hubby likes it and it is a chair he can sit comfortably in for extended periods of time and not be in pain.

Comfortable + FunctionalOrdered this for my husband who is a studio musician and needed a comfortable chair for recording, mixing, etc. He specifically needed a chair with arms that lift so he could play guitar, and he says this is perfect! He has back problems so it says a lot when he thinks it's comfortable. Assembly process only elicited 3 F-bombs which is about average in this house. Would recommend!

Such a great productI had no idea this chair would be so comfortable to sit in. From the photos, it looked a bit mire stiff in texture, but it is actually like a set of soft cushions put together to make for a very relaxing sit. Setup was simple, though I would suggest you put the seat of the chair onto the center pole before trying to add it with the handles as that only made this much heavier and harder to join. Other than that, no complaints and I am ecstatic that this chair can be adjusted to recline, too, rather than stay in the standard upright position.
