I am a 90kg (198 pounds) male with UK size 10 feet: I bought the white version of this mini-stepper. It was packed really well and is sturdy, yet is light enough for me to carry with one hand. It works perfectly, is virtually noiseless and looks good: I'm glad I bought it for such a reasonable price. I place it on a side-panel of the box it came in to protect the bedroom carpet while stepping, otherwise I slide it all under the bed.;For the counter to work, first buy a pill-shaped LR44 battery (not supplied).;1. Carefully slide the black counter unit up and out of its retaining tube and turn over without yanking the wire linking it to the stepper.;2. You will see a small, round, open, silver metal retention cage on the motherboard. Slide the battery into it upside down/bottom up: the counter will go live.;3. Turn the black counter unit over and re-insert it into the tube. You're ready to go.;Also supplied was a so-called instruction manual and a small yellow padded envelope containing tools (Allen key, screwdriver, tiny bottle of ultra-light lubricant). I didn't need or use anything other than a tiny drip of the lubricant on the screw of adjustment knob.

I use this everyday! Very sturdy & good price, the only problem was it doesn’t tell you there was no batteries or where to put them?? Am sure I can work it out
