COSTWAY TV standWorth the wait all the pieces & parts I assembled the TV stand took me sometime assembly I took booklet pages out lay the plans on floor I could read & see the multiple pictures diagrams whole picture & that is 43 inch Flat screen supports holds the weights just fine & 2 cupboard door for dinner plates or magazines or something else

Rather nice looking and good fit TV Stand, right height/depthThis was an affordable option. My partner wanted to take the TV down from over tio the fireplace because of neck problems. I was happy to oblige. I think we have a 55” TV and honestly, it looks nicer closer to the floor now, too. I’m about 5’10” and this cabinet comes up to the lower part of my kneecap (with shoes on). we opted for the gray top, even though we have dark brown floors. The majority is kind of a very light gray, faux wood veneer. The whole thing is made of manufactured particle board. And it was very heavy, more than 50 lbs. The packaging was good enough that Amazon didn’t damage the interior, thought the box had a gash in it. It has some foam padding inside the box. There’s a lot of parts — all familiar if you’ve put together Ikea furniture before. All you need is a Philips screwdriver, and a hammer for the finishing nails on the back cover. It was a little confusing, but I got the whole thing together myself. I had some parts backwards a couple of times. And I misplaced a wood peg but found it later. It has the metal screw pegs with the round locking nuts that go into pre-drilled holes. Easy to put together but heavy to move by myself. I may have chipped the corner off the top rear corner. No one will notice. I thought there’d be a little more space on the sides of the TV for plant or vase, but not much. It is not very deep, which is good because I didn’t want anything pushing too far into the living room. It has a center space with a shelf that is not adjustable — it is either in there or not in there. The doors look like slats of wood — which gives it a nice finish, but really they are just solid particle board. Behind the door is storage space for whatever a living room;might want to hide — extra cables, cds/DVDs/video games, books and magazines. No shelves in there. The center section has two holes for cables which is nice. Again for speakers or other devices — cable box, game console. My partner is very picky and says negative things virtually always about my decorating ideas; but did say this looked nice. And he said it was the right height for his neck problem, too.

Looks great!Why did you choose this product over others?:;Fairly simple to put together. No writing on instructions but easy enough to work out. Looks great. 1 small annoying point - the holes at the back to put plugs through is too small for a standard plug to fit.

Instructions a bit unclear and has some quirks, but overall ok.For the price this is a great buy, but the main problem is that it's mis advertised for a start, in all the photos and even the 3d model there's no evidence of there being a middle 3rd support running across the bottom, for myself I wanted to put this over a fireplace plinth so it wouldn't fit and as a result had to be modified. The other thing is some parts don't make sense, there's dowls which have to go into places where parts can't fit which is odd. Also on my unit some of the parts were mislabelled making assembly a bit back to front. If you can get around the teething problems you'll have no problems though.

Happy customer & lovely TV unitI don’t usually purchase items with little to no reviews but I am extremely happy I did purchase this! I was searching for a while for a new tv unit and this was the only one I fell in love with. It arrived well packaged and very early!!! I placed my order on 08/08, expecting it to arrive on 12/08 but to my surprise it was delivered first thing in the morning on 10/08. It was really easy to put together, no missing bits and the instructions were very clear. It looks exactly as it does in the photo and it is a perfect piece of furniture for my home, exactly what I have been searching for. Also the quality of it is brilliant! It is very strong and sturdy.
The only slight downside is the cupboard doors don’t stay closed - as you can see in the pictures, they are slightly open which is annoying but not the end of the world as I can DIY them closed myself. This product still deserves 5 starts and a great review.Posted on

Great product, terrible instructions.I think this product is of good quality. It's sturdy and it looks great once you get it together after navigating the absolutely dreadful instructions. I suspect you'll end up taking it apart about halfway through to change a few things, i certainly had to and I'm quite used to flatpack furniture.
It's a good product and I'd say worth the money, hence the 5*. Overall, the item is better than i expected but the instructions definitely let it down, i just had to sit and work it out, fail a bit then it came together fine.Posted on

Perfect size TV StandWasn’t sure when I ordered this what to expect as there were no reviews on the cabinet. Well I am glad I did order it as it is a really lovely sturdy tv cabinet for our 65 inch tv. Very well made and is exactly as described, easy assembly for one person. It looks a lot more expensive than what I paid for it. Very quick delivery and delivered 2 days earlier than scheduled delivery date. Very impressed.
