Elegant and easy to assemble. Watch out for rust.Even though the company claims the chrome surface is protected against rusting, I have found that eventually there will be rust. To counteract rust simply spray the assembled unit with a clear sealer and you should be good to go.

Poor quality/horrible return policyQuality is rather poor, VERY lightweight. I’m sure it would rust being in a bathroom. Requested to return it and the company emailed snd suggested “I give it to a friend,” or if I’m still interested in returning it, “$10.00 will be deducted “ from the cost of the item. BEWARE folks

This felt cheap and like it would rust in the bathroom so I returned it.Wasn't what I expected after reading reviews. Then went back and saw that some said it rusted. Not surprised, it looked like it would and quickly.

Only two screws??Only two anchor screws to hold the unit on the wall?? You should have AT LEAST 4 holes in the unit for mounting, esp. if someone is using the drywall anchors.

Good for what I neededThis little shelf was slightly crooked and wouldn't stay together until you screwed it to the wall, but it looks pretty and for the price it's exactly what I wanted. (If I didn't tell you it was crooked, you wouldn't know.) I'm not looking for something to hold a stack of bricks, just a few decorative towels and a few rolls of T-paper. I'm happy with the purchase.

Skip Step One Until The EndThis shelf fits my ultra small bathroom just fine. It looks great and holds quite a few towels. It's solid and sturdy and was easy to install. But... the assembly instructions are written for a team of two. If only one person is assembling this item, I suggest completing Step 1 last. Just make sure to leave the screws loose until you've completed step 1, otherwise, you will have to back track. I found it impossible to do step 1 first because there was nothing to hold the sides upright to keep the whole thing from falling apart. Once I skipped ahead to step 2 and LOOSELY assembled the other parts, I was then able to easily complete step 1. Before installing, I tightened up all the screws. I recommend purchasing this unit.
