Superb productThis is made from cheaper materials but it looks really premium when put together. As some have stated, yes the bigger cues don't fit BUT with a junior hacksaw and being very careful, just cutting open the part the black clip sits in slightly then the larger cues fit perfectly.
Very lightweight but when it's put together it's perfectly sturdy enough and actually it being more lightweight made it easier to fix to the wall. Very impressed and a great price.Posted on

Almost greatbought as it was exactly what i wanted and seems very good value. Which it really would be, except it seems flawed, as the distance between the base and the holding pegs isn’t enough, as standard pool cue or even snooker cue don’t fit the width of the holders. It would need to be a taller unit to fit the top end of cues. Using it without the grippers as they still sit in place, just. Still overall pleased with it and good value

How to use with longer cuesWell made product, easy to assemble. I also had the same issue as other reviewers which is that the plastic retaining clips are too small for full size cues. The way round this is to fasten the stand to the wall at a slight incline using the little pieces of packing cardboard that come with the stand as spacers on the bottom of the frame. With the plastic clips removed full size cues then sit in the racks no problem. The photo shows full size cues in the stand. Creating the incline also means you can use the bottom rack for balls without them rolling out, which I found I needed to accommodate a full set of snooker balls.

Easy to construct and installEasy to fit and install to the wall. I used my own screws for the wall fitting because the ones supplied didn't look strong enough. The finish is acceptable for how cheap it was although there were no screw cap covers.
I ended up filling joints and construction gaps with decorators caulk before spray painting it with a bolder colour. Now looks spectacular and more expensive that what it cost me.Posted on
