Strong build, firm cushioning, ease to assemble. Gave me back and neck ache after sittingI am not good at DIY , and I found the instructions very easy to follow. The quality is quite good in terms of sturdiness, however the cushioning is a bit over-firm (I have a massage kneeling chair that is much more comfortable). I bought this because I suffer from neck ache when I sit for very long hours at work. With this chair I now not only have neck ache, but back ache and throbbing shins as well - after only sitting in it for around 30mins - so I guess it just doesn't suit my posture/proportions.

This chair has saved my back.I was finding it very difficult to work in my studio for any length of time whilst sitting in a normal chair. But this product allows me to work for eight hours at a time without pain.

GreatI bought this to try as my posture isn't that great and I also suffer with back problems. I've read how good these are for both, and I'm so far really pleased with it. I use is for playing keyboard so don't use it for long periods of time (usually about 1 hour each time). It has helped ease my back pain although not completely helped with posture. Would recommend

An okay productI've had this for a few months now and it did actually come with a part missing a hole for a screw to go in which wasn't great. We still managed to put it together and it does start off well when sitting on it, but it does take some getting used to as you feel more pressure on your knees/shins with the body weight distribution. It's not something I can use for the full day either.

Terrible assembly instructionsOnce i finally managed to build this product, i am reasonably happy with the results. The diagramatic instructions were so faint and small, i could barely see them under a magnifier and had to mainly depend on my common sense when putting it together. It took quite a long time. Larger, clearer instructions would have been a huge help.

Had to mod to make work, but does the job well afterwardsHad to mod the chair. The holes for the screws were not big enough so I had to drill it out myself.

Ergonomic seatWell packaged, no damages, it took me 55 mins from checking the component parts were all there, working out the 'tiny' photo instructions and assembing. No tools required, the screw driver, spanner and allen key is included. Feels sturdy and stable.

Back pain goneBought this chair because I was developing severe lower and upper pain and my spine was beginning to feel squeezed. Within a few days of buying this chair, all the pain was gone and even my sciatica seems to be getting better.
The knees do hurt after a while, but this can be fixed by regularly changing position. I don't think it's a problem caused by this particular model. I've had other kneeling chairs in the past and I had the same issue. I would even say this one is better than previous ones on that front.
The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the instructions are almost useless. I had to figure things out through trial and error.Posted on

It is lovedI have a bad back at times and really wanted a comfortable meditation stool. I use a wooden one at times but as I am getting older my knees and shins suffer. This stool is really comfy, the pads are well cushioned and I can sit as long as I want without pain. It was easy to assemble but I have not fitted the casters as I wanted it to be low. Beautiful thing, I wish I had got one earlier.

3 years excellent service !I bought this chair in the first week of lockdown and have used it for at least 8 hours a day, at least 4 days a week, every week since then.
So comfortable.
After 3 years excellent service one of the wheels has now come off and I need to replace it, but that’s pretty good going for over 1500 hours use by a 100kg guy.Posted on

The answer to my lower back pain!I will say that it wasn't the easiest chair to assemble, there is some guessing required as to which screws should fit into what wholes (some are longer than others and some wholes were't wide enough), but I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. I use ist as a desk chair and I do sit for longer periods than recommended, but I actually feel better at the end of these working days than those days I don't sit at all, and this should mean something :-)

Think twice before buyingThe assembly instructions are confusing and in some places downright incorrect. If there were decent instructions, assembly could be done in 15 minutes, but with these instructions it took 90 minutes, of frustration and abortion and disassembly.
Once assembled, the chair seems to work well for the shorter, smaller, lighter person I got it for. For a taller, larger, heavier person like me, it felt uncomfortably narrow and hard to find a comfortable height to adjust it to.Posted on

Good value for money as it would appear to do what it says it shouldThere were no instructions in the box but they were emailed to me when asked. There are no written instructions, it's in diagram form so you need to figure out the pieces and study the picture but it was fairly easy to put together. I've only given 4* for comfort as it's the first day and, though posture is improved for the back, I'm finding the knee bent position uncomfortable at times and need to figure out just where to position my knees on the pad so I don't put pressure on my shins. I work all day at a computer at work and I was hoping this would replace my current chair but I don't know if I may have to alternate between the two - I will have to try for an all day session and see how I get on. You can move your legs from the kneeling pad so you are not stuck in that kneeling position if you need some relief. I've given 5* for value for money as it does appear to be, I hope it stands the test of time though! My overall rating is 5* because I think it does what it is supposed to do, I need to become accustomed to this type of seat.

The stool you should have bought years ago!I was bullied into buying one of these by my partner, after struggling with a trapped nerve for months. (I couldn't bear to sit at my desk for longer than 20 minutes). I hate to say, it but he was right. This stool is really comfortable and I can sit on it for hours without struggling.
The produce arrives in many parts which put me off initially. Fortunately, the instructions were clear and it went together well. The quality exceeds my expectations, it's sturdy and a decent wood. Great value for money too.

Not easy to assembleIt took me about 2 hours to assemble and figure out how to make sense of the instructions. Considering the product the instructions could have better images with larger text. The chair in itself it is not super sturdy - a bit moves side to side even after tightening the screws well. My back will still be thankful - these types of chairs really help your posture. Usually they are more expensive, and I didnt have more $$ to invest in it. Gets the job done for a student!

Good design but pads are too hard.The chair could be unstable if ensembled. The pads are too hard for knee surgery for prolonged seating (45min). But it overall light weight and can prevent sitting cross legged. The materials are not supportive enough.

So I'm satisfied with the outcome. I may buy a more expensive one after the cushions on this wear down. They feel like they may wear out with constant use after maybe 2 years.

Great value but needs modifications to allow for its long term useFirst let me say the chair was well packed and arrived in reasonable time, slow compared to Prime shipping but not too bad.The wood is beech and is of good quality, looks like it has been CNC machined out and finished with a semi gloss finish. Instructions as i expected are poor, but this is a simple item and took just 15 minutes to assembleI adjusted the hight and found it to be very strong when assembled correctly. I received bolts that did not match the inventory list supplied but with a little R&D everything fitted well.The comfort is where this chair falls down. Im 6-2" and 200lb i felt safe but not very comfortable. The padding is about 2" too thin and if you have jeans on the weight on your shins will make the fabric of the jeans cut into your legs after just a few minutes use. To combat these issues i will be recovering the seat with thicker foam "memory foam" and then recovering with new material. Now not everyone can do this , so for people not able to modify the chair i would not recommend its purchase. But for the cost of $45.00 inc shipping its worth my time and effort to modify. So for an additional $25 i will have a more comfortable chair which i hope will improve my posture over time.Let me add that the wheels supplied are not very good difficult to maneuver when you are sitting on the chair, so i think i will be upgrading them soon.All in all still worth the money.

Decent chair, worth the buy.Nice cushy seat, the only pains came with putting the thing together and eventually cracking the wooden frame. I put the chair together in about 30 minutes, so it isn'tvery complicated if you can read instructions. I was rolling around and spinning in circles when I cracked the frame, so it's no fault of the chair.

Five StarsNice item! I can't tell how comfortable it is . It is very relaxing and makes me get rid of a whole days' tiredness. The kneeling chair makes me feel very relaxed especially my back and knee.

Very pleasedI'm very happy with my kneeling chair. The price was much better than other chairs and it is perfectly comfortable. As others have said it doesn't come with much in the way of instructions but it's not too challenging (I did have to undo and correct on part). The company I bought the chair from also had excellent customer service.

the padding seems to be holding up and being able to kneel has been much better on my hips and back for those extended gaming ..Works well for the few months I've had it, but it has a weird coating on the fabric that leaves a filmy feeling on my fingers if I touch it. Would be a 5 star if not for that weirdness. Other than that, the padding seems to be holding up and being able to kneel has been much better on my hips and back for those extended gaming sessions. Ended up buying a 2nd one!

Great chair for the perfect priceI'm 5'4, 127 pounds and this chair fits me perfectly. It has a turning lever under the seat cushion to adjust to your desired height. The more expensive ones may have a thicker memory foam cushion, but it wasn't worth the extra $50 to me. The main con was that I needed some assistance to put it together. The instructions only have a diagram versus a step-by-step process. Just find a mechanically-handy friend to assist you and it'll be about a thirty minute set-up.
