They are better than nothing.The bookcases are smaller than I had imagined, they are not tall enough to stand books up in them. However they were easy to assemble and are incredibly sturdy.

Simple and FunctionalI was looking for a piece of furniture with open shelving to hold board games, and this functions perfectly for that. The bottom shelves are perfect for 2 of our largest boxes each, while the top shelves hold the rest of our games vertically like books. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy- no wobble. I even added some gold feet to the bottom of this to raise it off the floor and make it look nicer.

Suits my needs - great qualityThe directions made this a snap to put together and move into my guest room. I did not add the wall anchors but I will before my grandkids arrive. It was easily assembled in 30-45 minutes.
The Montissori style 24 inch bookshelf looks nice. The shelf has these locking bolts that I was not familiar with but they were easy to use. The shelf is very steady and no wobbles. There are small stickers to cover the bolt holes. The appearance is white, smooth with no defects or any gaps. It does not look like a piece of furniture that I assembled. I figured out the base rhen put the vertical shelf piece on, then the horizontal pieces, then the sides and back.
There are 5 cubes, each about 11 inches deep inside. It can hold toys, books and baskets. The shelf is 44 inches long and about 24 inches high, giving it a low profile for children or it would be a nice plant stand under a window. The finish is easy to wipe clean - there were no weird odors or chemicalsPosted on

Every piece of wood is labelled, all fixtures are in plastic bags (also labelled) and the only tool you need is a screwdriver.

Sturdy but wrong colorI purchased this for some of my daughter’s toys, and it has been great for that purpose. I was very disappointed, though, that the color was a lot darker than it looks in the pictures. I was hoping for a more natural/maple/birch wood look, and this has a lot of dark lines, making it overall a darker color. Didn’t return it because we needed something, but I definitely wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Attractive toy storageIt's a bit fiddly to put together but once all set up it looks great in the room. It's smaller than I expected so I would recommend measuring your space but it fits a fair few toys and looks far neater than lots of toy storage units. I like that the shelves are open as it means my son can see everything on the shelf and put things back properly. Also think it is good value for money.

Good value for the priceI was not sure what to expect from the shelf, but I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, it arrived earlier than expected! It is nicely made, has a quality finish and it’s just the perfect size for what I needed. Very sturdy. Backing is nice and rigid unlike cheaper pieces I’ve purchased.. Easy for one person to build and move. Bought the white one and trimmed it with some gold tape to match some other pieces In my child’s room. Perfect for a holding all the board and card games.
Instructions were not the greatest, and several pieces had no stickers designating their letter, but if you’ve ever built this type of stuff before, it’s pretty self-explanatory.Posted on

Looks great.I absolutely love the way my bookshelf looks and it was so way to put together but it was still pretty wobbly after assembling. My husband had to put in 6-8 extra screws to keep it sturdy.

Decent build for particle board. Assembly instructions could be better.The 48 pound box arrived a few days early, which was nice. All the parts were in the box, as well as a few extra small parts, such as locking screws and the locking device for the screws. The instructions have no words, other than the letter or number to identify the parts and the quantity needed. The wooden pegs fit very tightly into the holes, perhaps too tightly. If you accidentally put a peg into a hole meant for a locking screw, you may have a difficult time removing it. I think the pegs should have been either a little wider or a more narrow diameter and not so close to the diameter of the locking screws. That way the two could not be mistakenly put into the wrong hole. Kudos to the reviewers that left a video and said it took them 45 minutes to assemble. It would have been nice if someone posted a video on HOW to put the shelf together instead. It took me over an hour. Other than the assembly issues, the shelf looks and works fine.

Great unit, good looking, affordable.Great unit overall, can't complain for the price however to nit pick, I wish you could rotate the center piece to not show the screw holes when viewing from the right, however they do include some stickers to cover the holes with fake wood.

Great bookshelf but not everything aligns 100%I really do like this bookshelf. I thought it was a reasonable price and that it holds a good amount of my son's toys. I was able to assemble it myself (which is always a plus for us stay-at-home mamas) but my one qualm is that some of the pieces do not 100% align. I thought it was something I did wrong but I had my husband check it out too and it was just the pieces we were given. It's not obvious when you look at the shelving, so it's not a problem overall - but I thought I would mention it here in case anyone else ends up having the same issue. Overall, it took me about 25-30 minutes to assemble by myself and my son sure loves it so I can't complain too much. I still recommend this toy storage to others and think it looks cute in a minimalistic kid's room!

Great and sturdy, instructions could be improvedA few pointers on how to use the silver bits with the arrow on would be good - it came back to me from building something else but it would have been more efficient with clearer instructions! Otherwise it's great, purchased for storage in a cupboard but I'd happily have it on show. Very sturdy, I'm really pleased with it!

Great product!The instructions were just pictures and they were very confusing in my opinion. I did find the QR code on the back that takes you to a video tutorial. It seems sturdy and fits perfectly in my space, it is shorter than i was expecting, but i also didn’t look at that before i bought it. Overall a great product!

Took much longer to assemble than expected (~2 hrs)...and my wife loves to buy furniture that has a million pieces. Instructions only has images (zero words). Tough to tell which side goes in the front/back/down/up since images are in black and white with no words. Also had to use some manual strength to get the sides on. Clean, sturdy and practical.Since I had grandchildren coming to visit me, and it was bitter, cold outside, I had to create a room where we could have fun. The white shelves were perfect as a backdrop for toys, colorful crayons and markers etc. putting them together took a little bit, but basically follow the directions exactly and you will be good to go, I am not a rocket scientist and it took me roughly an hour and a half to put the whole thing

100%Used this as open shelving for toys, built it myself with no bother. Happy with the height, my three year old sees everything and has it all at eye level and it looks a good sight better than the stack of boxes I had in place before.

Nice shelves but double check sizeThese shelves are the perfect height I've been looking for. They are particle board covered in veneer but seem sturdy once assembled. My only quible is that the item photos seem to show ring binders on the top shelves, but they are actually a little too short to hold standard ring binders. That isn't a deal breaker for us, thankfully, but be sure you check the inside dimensions.

Works for my purposeI am pleased with the overall product and it will be fine for what I am needing, however putting together the two sides proved very difficult. I actually bought two of these cases and learned on the first to put the long screws that need to fasten into the circle part in FIRST before putting on the shelf side. I almost gave up with it fitting on the first one I assembled and once changed the way I put it together, the second one was so much easier and together in 20 minutes.

I looked at the picture and play it by ear.
I put it together by myself.
And now have it in the living room.
It’s very sturdy, and a good size I just love it.
There is a knack when putting on the top, do make sure you put the fittings into the underside of the top first before placing the top shelf on.

Spot onThis product was really well packaged, infact the best packed parcel I have ever received. The shelving is good quality, fits together flush and easy to assemble as the instructions are sound and easy to follow and all the separate peices are labelled. Very strong, takes the weight of books, hifi system etc.. there is attention to the finer details also, such as covers for screw holes and foam padding for bottom corners if needed.

CheapThe “wood” arrived cracked in multiple places, not very sturdy, the pre drilled holes to put screws in were not consistent. Not as white as other white furniture in room so it almost looks dirty.

It is very sturdy and pretty heavy. The edge is not very rounded(see the picture), but still not too sharp that feels safer.

Great sturdy shelf!I assembled this shelf in about an hour. It was an easy process and went together very nicely. It has great storage space and is very sturdy. The instructions are great! There are five separate compartments. It is a great value! My daughter plans on using it for her toys now and for books later in down the years!

Good fitWe put this in the kids' room, and it works very well. It holds books and a couple cubes for toys. No worry at all about falling. The kids can sit on it without a problem. Very sturdy engineering wood. Fairly easy to assemble. Satisfied.

perfect for kids roomBought this storage cabinet for my daughter. She will be 5 years old and about to start her kindergarten life. Bought this for her as a little bookcase so she can organize herself. The installation of this storage cabinet is very simple, even one person can do it well. Now I just need some picture books and crayons that the kids love. My little bookcase is done! Hope my daughter likes her new room.

Not easy to assemble. Lots of bits and pieces.Very useful for books and toys but not easy to assemble. Lots of little pieces. Also hard to push together the last 2 pieces.

Worth the price!I was looking at getting 2 other (much cheaper) options for my son's toys, but after comparing reviews and size measurements and going over each with my husband (who used to build cabinets) we went with this one, and I am so glad we did!
The height is perfect for our 18 month old, he can easily reach all cubbies, including anything placed on top of the unit. We wanted a shelf that would foster independence and would be easy for him to clean up toys when he's done.

Good looking, Hard to find sizeNice looking, sturdy bookcase. Being a book lover, I have to slip in bookcases wherever I can. Hard to find 24” height, which fits under windows. The lighter color keeps the thickness from being heavy looking. We like it so much that we’ve ordered a second one. I’d find it perfect if one or two of the vertical separators were adjustable for larger, odd sized books. Overall great!

Great bookshelf for my three years old sonGot this bookshelf for my two sons. It’s well made. It was easy to assemble, it took me 30 minutes to put it together. Very sturdy and holds heavy books well. Now everything in my kids room has a place! Perfect set up for all of their books, Lego creations, art supplies.

3/10 Not that sturdyI bought this for the accessibility and independence it gives children to reach their own toys and of course it gets the job done but I had to anchor it in the wall in two different spots because if the kids leaned on it it would lean side to side. I would compare it to Walmart furniture.. would not recommend especially for the price…
