Very pleasedAfter a little confusion,entirely my fault,the awning was installed and looks fab,however,it’s definitely a two person job to install it,and it’s not an easy task,it took around two hours,and was quite physically demanding.Must thank customer services,they were very patient .

Cheap but works wellNot in a cassette so boxed it in to protect leading edge from being permanently exposed to weather. Easy enough to put together and fit. Cheapest available. Canvas quality good. Works fine for what I intended at the bottom of garden

Nice awning.I use the awning over my French doors for shade and also to sit under outside. I like the size and how it looks now its up. Had a bit of trouble as one pole was slightly bent but easy enough to get round. Instructions were very easy to follow.

Quality at an affordable price.For the price, excellent. Easy to follow instructions and fairly easy to fit. Only thing that could be improved is the mounting bolts, I purchased some larger more rugged wall bolts from Wickes to ensure a solid fix to the wall. Highly recommended.

Buena calidadMuy bueno pero no es tan fácil de montar pero si tiene buenas instrucciones También tuve que comprar 4 tornillo de madera por que los que trae es para ponerla en cemento y donde la puse era madera solo me costó $4.00 mas pero valió la pena me gusto mucho la recomiendo

Nice Retractable AwningLove this awning, it’s perfect for my planting station. It took me couple hours to assemble it(2 people), but it definitely worth it. The material is good, and it looks great. It’s easy to use. I have been looking for one for a while, and I am glad I bought this product.

Nice Awning, good quality and easy installationI took me a few hours to secure a sturdy mounting spot, and the rest is fairly straight forward. It does take two person to roll the awning at one point. Found one small missing plastic J stopper, and customer service took care of it promptly. I high recommend the product and the company.

Easy installCame without instructions but found some similar ones online. Installed by myself in about 2 hours on a concrete block wall. A second person would be helpful. It does NOT mount flush to the wall and has about a 2 inch gap when extended so water can get behind it when raining.. I may install a section of 1x6 above it to act as little 'roof' so water does not get behind it. Its been through several big thunderstorms with no issues. Only thing I would do different is probably spray the fabric before install with a UV water repellent for extra protection.

Love itNot a one person job when hanging this thing. Instructions are not very well spelled out, but at least it has pictures to go by, which helped a great deal. The assembly was time consuming, But just be patient, and it pays off. It looks great, and works really well.
