Retractable Design and Easy Using: The awning can be retracted like a roll when you do not need to use. Featuring a long hand crank, the awning is easy and smooth to open or close. You just need to rotate the crank to clockwise or anticlockwise.
Providing Shading with Adjustable Angle: Equipped with large shed, the awing will prevent sun exposure effectively. In addition, the angle between the awning and wall also can be adjusted in the range of 40-100 degree, which depends on your preferences of the range of shading.

Summer and winterJust had mine delivered yesterday a week early than advised;It’s amazing I went for the 4 meter blue;Instructions not that clear but I followed the pictures;Only niggle and is a niggle shame the the arms are not longer to have the awning cover go further out maybe just a few more inches as plenty of fabric;About an hour to erect fits perfect sitting under mine now in the rain having a coffee;Totally dry;Love it

OK if your a competant DIYer with the right toolsWell packaged, although putting the instructions at the bottom of the box wasn't very helpful. Instructions are basic with just pictures and no text so not that clear if you're not used to building things. Wall fixings are OK, not the best quality. If you don't have a 14mm masonry bit and a good hammer/SDS drill you might struggle to drill the holes for the fixing if depending how hard the bricks are on your house. Just make sure you follow the instructions and don't untie the tension arms until its all installed.

DisappointedWas easy enough to assemble and put up. Have since been disappointed with it when using it. It has broken from a small gust of wind and now sits wonky. The arms retract at different speeds/angles. Feels like a big waste of money. Now scared with putting it out and bringing it back in so we only leave it a quarter of the way out. There is also a good gap between the house brick and where the canopy starts so rain can still come down on to you as you sit underneath.

Do not use the expansion Bolts supplied, may not work for you.The awning looks great once installed, had problems with the bolt supplied, just did not work for me no bite and not good quality. Went to Srewfix and bought M10 95mm Expansion Bolts. pack of 5 did the job, if your house is built from bricks with holes, then you may find you can not get bolts to intially bite, the bolts I bought allow you to hold the end of bolt sticking out and pushing in and out until the end of bolt in wall is at the width of brick, then attach the fitting and grip bolt with finger and install washer and nut until you can then grip bolt end and tighten. Before I forget I used a 16mm drill bit.
Apart from bolts issue it looks great and does the job, because we are south facing it does not block the sun, but for us it keeps the rain at bay although you need to do something about the gap between wall and Awning, not done that yet.
Otherwise can recommend and a great looking addition to the garden.Posted on

Seems sturdyNeeds assembled which I wasn’t aware of on purchase. It came in two halfs and needed joined and the canopy fed through etc, so a bit awkward, but my husband and I managed it after a couple of hours. It does niggle me that the seems on the main canopy and valance don’t line up but you get what you pay for. Otherwise it does seem sturdy and sound.

perfect patio roof shadeit is the good quliaty shade totally, it is very thickness and easy installment . the texas has big strong sun in summer time, this is a " must be " item home need. for now it is not dirty after raining or mold in there, so far not bad, will keep tracking and upodate.

retractable and easy to useThis retratable awning is in beige color and matches well with my wooden light brown door. We installed it right above our entrance door in order to get protection from severe weather, such as harmful uv lights. The size is about 8ft x 6.5ft. Although installation was not too hard, but it required at least two people to get the job done. If you can get two more helpers, it will be even much easier as you can have each person to hold it up at the each end. There is long hand crank to manually control it open or close by turning it clockwise or anticlockwise. And the shading angle can be adjusted too. When it is not in used, it can be retracted back like a roll.

Easy install. Ready for the summer!Got this retractable awning installed with my husband within about 5 hours. It would take less time but we had to run to hardware store to buy some archer for wood/vinyl siding specifically (it only comes with concrete archer in the manufacture package). There were few reviews complained the instructions are unclear and hard to follow. However, we found it wasn’t that bad for us. We did follow the instructions step by step (almost, except the archer part). The whole installation went pretty smoothly. The material seems durable and weather proof. Easy to open and close even with my 8 years old. I would probably appreciate bigger letter size on the instruction.
